The room size and layout was great for me, parking was right to the room, and I appreciated the firewood provided nearby as well. The location was very quiet and had easy shuttle access, you will be provided with shuttle passes.
The room was dated and worn, but it's to be expected for the price, so I can't complain about that, especially for a seasonal place.
Unfortunately that's where the good part ends, here is what I had issues with.
Room cleanliness and functionality was an issue, there were three different lights that were burnt out in the room.
We saw gum wrappers in the drawer next to the bed, the microwave was busted, a lamp cord was broken, the hair dryer was falling off the wall, no TV remote, etc.
Additionally, the staff were dour and curt - I get it, work sucks and you're probably dealing with painful seasonal customers, but lighten up a bit.
I also understand that in order to have fully renovated and updated accommodations, it would require large expenditures and the room rates would increase dramatically so I get that part, however I do expect that the room is functioning and clean as that is what I paid for.
