Was Great Stay Thank You, Loved Our Room!! I Would Maybe Say The Parking Was Confusing, Carpark Was Full And Couldn't Park On Road Side, Did Ring Staff At 2am To Inquire Bout Parking And Staff Member Was Very Professional And Polite Even Tho The Time. But Maybe For Future Staying, Might Help To Put The Policy With Disabled Parking Somewhere To Avoid Anyone Else Getting Confused.

Nice place to stay, relatively modern look. Was really happy and would stay again however there are a few annoying things...reception wasnt open hours it has on door and the internal number to get help wasnt working. Cleaners didnt speak english but were very friendly and polite mannered. Parking is limited which i didnt expect so ended up having to park on a busy street. Place itself is walking distance to riccarton mall, nice clean and comfortable
