From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are staying at a 5 star resort. Doors opened for you and greeted which was nice. Staff were lovely, spa treatment at Chuan Spa was 11/10. Would recommend highly Relaxation massage and facial. So worth it! I did just in room dining for my stay. Food was nice my favourite was the Panninis and the Burgers. A must to order on your stay. Chips come with most meals they are yummy and decent portions. Didnt rate the Australian breakfast. Was disappointed by the lack of food for the price paid. Better off going to restaurant 26 and sunny outside for breaky or elsewhere. Indoor pool is great it is a mineral pool. Feel its under used by guests… Gym facilities good. Lack of bar bell though. Not sure why. Every little touch was thought of for things you will need during your stay. Room service was good. Always made freshly for me when requested. If you dont want your room made then make sure your have DND selected as they will come knocking to make your room. Bed was not as comfy as some other places ive stayed at (Art Series have amazing beds!) and pillow didnt have a protective case. Had a slight scent to it i noticed which ended up in my hair and had to sleep on a different one. Probably needs to be replaced.
Beach is literally right out front like so amazing and if you wanna go to the Surfers main strip or shops theres a tram few min walk away. Would come back again 😊
