Good location and comfy beds but there are two major downsides. First, there are only two elevators for 20 floors so wait times can be very long. Second, the breakfast buffet food is okay but there isn’t enough seating so people are scrambling for seats.

We loved our stay at Hyatt place. The rooms were spacious and we loved having the option of 2 queen beds as well as daily breakfast. These two were game changers for our stay. There are not a lot of queen bed options so this was one of the main reasons we stayed at this Hyatt. Super close to the beach where the seawall is as well as the downtown area.
