Despite asking on numerous occasions, housekeeping did not make up rooms until at least 2-3pm every day. Good hotel if you have all day plans. Not for long term guests who want to come and go. Won’t stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect location and provided easy access to the tube, Westminster, many shops and restaurants. The fitness area was great as was the daily breakfast.

The staff here were kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early after our red eye. When we asked for a fan, it arrived within minutes. Hotel is in a very convenient area

Horrible!
I feel like I visited a different hotel to other reviewers. Maybe there are better rooms in the hotel? From the reception desk which was messy and scruffy it just got worse. Our room was a dated horror. I have never seen such tired decor and fittings. I’m not blaming the cleaners because it’s hard to clean a room that needs complete overhaul. It was small, hot, dingy, with uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom taps were loose, the toilet seat loose and crooked, bath stained (age, not lack of cleaning) wood doors and surfaces scratched and scuffed. It’s the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in, and I’m including all the budget ones. £224 for this room! I was looking for a treat for my daughter, as we often stay in premier inns. This was way below premier inn level.

A lovely weekend celebrating the RNLI
From the check in to leaving the staff could not have been more helpful or cheerful. Admittedly we were given a room upgrade on checking in, which did help in making our stay more comfortable, but there was nothing that rattled me and I can be quite picky when I have paid for a certain standard and it does not live up to my standards.
