The hotel room had exactly all you need of you aren’t glued to the TV in your room. Minimalistic, trendy and an awesome shower wet room. Perfectly quiet and the location for being in the touristy area of London cannot be beaten. Check in and check out was super easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff are not friendly or welcoming. No one assisted me with checking in/out. The location is great & walkable to everything. You don’t receive cleaning room service until the 4 night of your stay which is terrible.

Fantastic location, really quiet even though you are in the centre of picadilly, hotel is nice and clean and very modern, the only negative I have is every thing is an extra cost for example if you want to leave your bags with the concierge there is a cost, if your room is ready and you arrive early they charge you if you want to use it before the three o'clock check in time

Gross. Steer clear.
No windows, dirty everywhere. Nowhere to place items. No cleaning. Expensive and highly don’t ever recommend. Only positive is you’re in a central location.
