An insult to the “Savoy” name. Staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. Restaurant was mediocre. Entire floor (4), stunk of rotten cabbage. Bathroom was filthy, hot water didn’t work and the cold water was brown. Pool hidden from sunlight 24/7, best to avoid this place

The staff are so helpful, friendly, cheerful and always high in spirit. The place is so clean and practice COVid safe well. The beds are absolutely amazing, i had a great sleep for 3 nights.
