Its ok but the property is showing its age and hasnt been maintained. Grubby old couches and very noisy old a/c unit. But very handy having kitchen and Aldi downstairs. Tram stop short walk away. Ok for a reasonable price.

It was our third stay here. It ss a convenient location for our visit. Car park is very tight for large vehicles. Rooms are neat and have all you would need.

The bedroom window opened onto the walk way so the sensor light came on every time somebody used the lift and we didn't feel it would be safe to open the window to let in fresh air.

Affordable - some of the rooms are a lot better than others but all are quite small. We use adara a few times a year as it’s in a great location. The balcony and courtyards are in need of regular cleaning.

This is a good place to stay in St Kilda. The rooms are small but clean and the place is surprisingly quiet. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It is a convenient place to stay and reasonably comfortable. The automatic light outside our bedroom kept going on throughout the night for no reason waking us up constantly.
