When I arrived Westgate Blue Tree Resort was unable to find my reservation. The Expedia reservation does not mean anything to the resort. However, the person at the front desk made some calls to their headquarters and finally found the reservation. After that everything was perfect. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe. I love having the kitchen and laundry in the room. Everything was clean. The drive to Disney was easy and shopping was close by. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The pull out couch mattress was worn. I went to the office the next day. They replaced it without a problem!!!! Very friendly staff. Activities r free. It was a very nice relaxing weekend.
