Loved our stay at The Palm Mountain Resort. Beautiful quiet pool area with stunning scenery. So close to the shopping & restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room with a patio & view. Palm Springs is so beautiful. We will be back!

The Expedia images shown for this property was of the pool and the rooms surrounding and facing the pool with balconies. I was given a room in the back of the property with a shared patio (with 3 other rooms) and the patio reeked of dog pee. The patio faced the parking lot. These were the accessible/pet friendly rooms. When I booked I thought I'd be getting one of the rooms facing the pool so obviously I was disappointed. Also, my room could have been cleaner. For example, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I loved the location, but I was disappointed in my room especially for the price I paid.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean. It is a short walk to downtown and connected to the convention center. I was fortunate to get upgraded to a suite. The only drawback was the long walk from the elevator to the room.
