Perfect location
We are very happy to stay there. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to metro station, close to every other attraction (we walked to Colosseo, Vatican, De Trevi etc). Clean hotel rooms, friendly staff and very helpful with all we need. Thank you guys, hope to see you soon!

We had an issue with someone making entry into our room when we were about to fall asleep i was traveling with my mother and 4 year old and after that we just didn't feel safe. The worse part about everything is that there was no way to get a hold of anyone there is no reception after 8pm and no phone in the room to try and call someone i had to figure out a way to Whatsapp someone and when someone came to our room after they did not speak english so was very hard to express our concern and how we didnt feel safe. Its really not an ideal place for families traveling with small children .

This hotel very clean. Had a comfortable bed and in great location. A short walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants close by and everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. I would say though that the usual way we travelled to the hotel is up a hill that is a bit steep. After a long day of walking I could see it being tough for some individuals. It is on a small side road but it seems very safe and well lit at night. It was quiet so sleeping was easy. It is the first time I stayed at hotel and I was given physical keys versus the standard plastic card key. Also had a very small elevator so we didn’t have to carry bags up the stairs which was nice. My husband and I aren’t big in our rooms being cleaned when we stay at hotels. This wasn’t an issue and we were never bothered (Do not disturb tag on the door full time). I did see the rooms being cleaned most days though. Definitely used starch on their sheets as I have a slight allergy so I had a minor rash. If this is a major issue for you I would stay clear. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean low key place that is close to attractions.

Overall the place is good!!! But I suggest need to have at least one person who will get the call from outside/customer like what happened to me my flight is early than expected due to my flight schedule I know that is not the hotel fault but need costumer help we arrive around 7:30 am the checking time is 9:00 am I keep calling the phone listed and keep pressing the door bell nobody answered. That day is so so cold out we need a shelter to keep warm even the premises accomodation like a reception area but no body help us. We walk to the neighbors hotel and we saw they have receptionist at the counter 24/7. I wish this hotel do the same thing.
