The toilet seat was falling off. The amount of bacteria growing in the bathroom was off the chart. The outside of the shower screen looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned for some time. The entire bathroom needs to be deep cleaned at least every other month. The sitting chair was covered in stains. As was the day chair.
Upon entering my room (222), i noticed a QR code for room service and restaurant meals ect. It said i could get a full breakfast for $35 which consisted of tea, coffee, orange juice, pastries, continental & cooked foods. But when i went to order my breakfast in the restaurant, i was offered this crumpled up piece of paper with a half-arsed menu type of thing. When i asked about the $35 breakfast on the QR, the english spoken woman tried to explain to me that for me to get that offer, i had to of orderd it from my room. My Breakfast experience went down hill from their very fast. The Uroupian spoken woman was great. As was the lady in reception.
