It is a great place to stay. The only downside I can see is that the staff are just not quite what you would expect from a hotel of the Ramada quality. And they do try and upsell you to the Wyndham program. Also, we have stayed there before and it seems there is no record of our previous stay, so it was like we were first time visitors. Would have been nice to be recognised as a frequent visitor to the hotel. But, as I state, we have stayed there before and will again. It's just little 'staff' things that could take it from being 'nice' to exceptional.

The AC in the room had only one speed, “high” it was so noisy we didn’t sleep at all. Turned AC off and opened windows of course the noise outside was as bad. Overall a really bad night sleep each night. We look for a nice decent place with comfort to sleep well in order to enjoy a place!

Great stay with the family. Close to water for fishing and walks. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Slippery slide in pool, tennis court and games room was a hit with the kids. Will stay again.

The view of Caloundra & the ocean is the most outstanding feature. The unit was compact but entirely suitable for two of us. The staff were very friendly & most helpful.
