The staff at the hotel were all lovely, friendly and accomodating. They sent a sweet card and some champagne to my grandparents to celebrate their anniversary. The rooms were very nice. They felt even better than the pictures online. The buffet breakfast was good. The food was nice, not the best I’ve ever had but still good. Made even better by the friendliness of staff. The floor manager was clearly very busy but always polite and smiling. Location was very convenient, close to the botanic gardens and circular key. My only area for improvement was that we were charged $5.75 (per person) for table water at the hotel bar and weren’t warned of the cost before. It was extra expensive because it happened to be a public holiday. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and would gladly go back.

Property has been renovated since we last were there. Rooms were well lit and very clean. Staff very helpful. Food was amazing . Close proximity to ferries and trains.

Incredible views, excellent renovated rooms!
the Intercontinental Sydney will now be one of our all time favorite hotel stays! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - thank you for the kind birthday wishes and room upgrade. The views from the 28th floor over the harbor are incredible!! Rooms are newly renovated, comfortable and spacious. Wonderful products in the bathroom! Food and drink program was also excellent. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, and we particularly loved the cocktails in the Treasury lobby bar! Thank you for an excellent stay!
