Convenient location to The Strand, quiet and peaceful. Rooms could be better equipped with cutlery and crockery. Also it was a bit basic with what was included with the room. Body lotion was the big miss!

The room is not sound proof. Every night was waking up by the noise from the road, next door, people banging the door. Not worth for the price. The breakfast is so bad. Undercooked baked bean and bacon is not crispy. The worst hotel ever in Tauranga .

Pros: excellent staff, super soft carpet, comfortable, very quiet area. Cons: far too bright in the room at night, was put in the only room without a balcony, the room had a very musty smell.
