Amazing staff. I would come again. My only complain was that the pictures shown on expedia for the property are not the ones of the room i booked. The hotel made clear that it was a mistake from expedia, but i think is also the hotels fault not to have some responsability on the pictures expedia listed.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly welcoming staff. Two slight burrs for us - one was finding the bathroom soap dispenser empty as we showered - queue getting product from the sink to complete our showers & secondly the room was cold - was ok as the duvet was thick but showering we were shivering - the temp controls in the room appeared to be set to 21c but it felt cold with a breeze. Weird when the corridor is warmer than your room! The breakfast was excellent. Great location.

This hotel was 5 stars from start to finish. The hotel clerks were always helpful and friendly! Rooms were plenty big and modern bathrooms a plus! I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to The Hague.
