2 Queen-Bed Canvas Bell Tent on Working Farm in Historic Laurel Highlands
This is Site #2. Your cozy getaway awaits in Smithfield at this lovely campground. A short drive to Ohiopyle rich with wineries, hiking, and Revolutionary History.
2 queen beds, a fold-down full couch and a twin air mattress, it's the perfect retreat for guests seeking relaxation. The bathroom features a toilet and refreshing shower with heated water ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Fans and heater provided during summer and winter. We will also contact you for a complimentary bottle of local wine, and the opportunity to purchase our eggs and meat for your provided gas grill.
Surrounded by nature, this enjoyable property offers a serene atmosphere where you can unwind and recharge beside the bubbling creek in the wood-fire heated hot tub.
Whether you're roasting marshmallows by the campfire or exploring the nearby hiking trails, there's something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
Our family farm is a working farm meaning you may hear sounds of us working on the farm, working with the animals, or the animals themselves. We have an outdoor livestock guardian dog Zeus who is fenced with the animals and you may hear him doing his job of field protection during the night. You might see one of our 4 barn cats (Skittles, Poseidon, Gryf, and Hermione) that freely roam, or a drive-by encounter of our friendly pet black Labrador Kaiya splashing in the creek.
Creekside Haven is a family owned outdoor canvas camp located 25 minutes north of Morgantown, WV and 1.5 hours south of Pittsburgh, PA on a bucolic 100-acre working family farm. Part forest, part field, and miles to roam. Listen to sheep and goats calling and grazing peacefully. A unique and intimate back-to-nature experience surrounded by outstanding natural beauty.
