Nice and convenient hotel
Clean and comfortable room. The location is very good, right next to the train station, and the automated check-in was smooth. When I did need to call someone to check the breakfast times, someone answered quickly and was friendly. There was a staff member at breakfast too, who was friendly. There is also a secure bike storage. The breakfast was ok, but could have a few more options and a better coffee machine. The doors of the rooms are a bit thin, so you can hear any noise from the hallway. Also, the bathroom was slightly dark as one of the bulbs was not working. Overall it's a nice and convenient hotel, at a good price, and I would stay there again.

Français: Chambre de qualité douteuse, self check-in qui ne fonctionne pas, ai du m'y reprendre à 2 reprises... lampe de chevet très abimée, salle de bain à la propreté discutable, pas de verre, pas de réfrigérateur, sortie de secours probablement pas utilisable..... cet hôtel mérite un grand détour! Deutsch: Zimmer von zweifelhafter Qualität, Self Check-in funktioniert nicht, ich musste es zweimal versuchen... Nachttischlampe sehr beschädigt, Bad von zweifelhafter Sauberkeit, kein Glas, kein Kühlschrank, Notausgang wahrscheinlich nicht benutzbar..... dieses Hotel verdient einen großen Umweg! English: Room of dubious quality, self check-in not working, had to do it 2 times... very damaged bedside lamp, bathroom of questionable cleanliness, no glass, no fridge, emergency exit probably not usable..... this hotel deserves a big diversions!

Große Enttäuschung
Auskunft ungenügend, waren nicht im Stand uns zu erklären wo sich der Eingang des Parkhauses befindet. Der Seifen dispencer war leer und konnte nicht gefüllt werden!!! Zimmer und Frühstück Raum zu kalt. Wir werden dieses hotel nie wieder benutzen!!!

Lärmige Unterkunft für anspruchslose Reisende
Ich war zwei Nächte im Aarauerhof wegen meiner Diplomprüfungen in Aarau. Es war sehr laut und ich habe sehr schlecht geschlafen, was nicht gerade ideal war vor den Prüfungen. Sowohl die Zimmernachbarn wie auch den lärmigen Bahnhofsplatz hört man sehr gut wegen der dünnen Wände und den schlecht isolierenden Fenstern und auch die Türen müssen zugeschlagen werden, damit sie schliessen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, ich habe gehört, es werde nächstes Jahr ausgehöhlt, das ist auch dringend nötig. Self Check-in und -out hat gut funktioniert, die Frühstücksdame war auch ganz nett, sonst ist niemand anwesend im Haus. Dadurch ist die Atmosphäre sehr unpersönlich. Zusammengefasst: eine zentral gelegende Unterkunft für anspruchslose Reisende, die auch bei Lärm schlafen können. Dafür aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.

Beim Checkin schlug der Checkin-Prozess beim linken Automaten fehl. Es ging erst als ich den Check-In-Prozess am rechten Automaten durchführte. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war für mich leider nicht möglich mitzunehmen da ich am Samstag um 6:35 Uhr losging

Self Check-In hat gut und schnell funktioniert, danach war das ganze sosolala…. Betten und Kissen extrem unbequem und für länger als 1 Nacht ungeeignet, TV hing schräg von der Wand, erst nach längerem Optimieren dann überhaupt noch ein Signal gekriegt. Bad nicht sauber und an der Dusch-Tür einiges an Schimmel… Kein Personal im Haus, keine Telefonnummer… Frühstück dann eher bescheiden aber ‚funktional’ und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Ausser der Lage direkt beim Bhf nicht viel positives zu berichten…
