What a rip off !
The hotel is really nice but a bit far from the city. It is good if you want peace and quiet ! It is not entirely quiet if you have someone walking along the corridor… I booked the hotel online but it did kit have the option to book breakfast together. It said I can order breakfast at the hotel which I did but it increased £10 pound when I booked it at the reception ? The hotel charged me £15 for parking !!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous . The others charge only £5. What a rip off …

The dryer took 3 hours to dry my clothes and I told them they should replace it or have it fixed. Otherwise our short stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

Tremendous visit - with one catch
A tremendous stay and I rate all staff very highly with one exception. When trying to clarify a simple matter on pricing with a staff member we were made to feel unwelcome. The duty manager adopted a very accusatory tone and did not allow for an explanation of the circumstances and nor was I offered any apology for the confusion which the hotel had allowed to present itself in the first place. So, a very enjoyable stay during which all other interactions and transactions were perfectly pleasant and in a hotel which has fantastic facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere, somewhat tarnished by a duty manager who seemed more intent on pointing the finger than meeting the needs of her customers. Disappointed.

Excellent Hotel
Absolutely loved the room. It was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and a small fridge which was really handy. I really liked the design of the rooms- a sliding door cordoned off the toilet and shower leaving the sink and dressing area free to use. I’ll definitely use this hotel again when I’m back in Aberdeen👍
