This is an older, but updated motel. Our room was super clean with hardwood floors and was huge! The staff is helpful, caring and so friendly. ❤️. We loved the beautiful, neat and tidy town, too.

Bed and bathroom were clean. There is a gas station right in front of the inn. Bright neon lights of the station, compressor working all night and constant vehicle traffic make it hard to sleep.

There was nothing to like about this property. The room smelled terrible. Really terrible. So much stank that I bought an extra-large citronella candle at a nearby store and set it, (unlit) in front of the air conditioner, which helped somewhat. I think the carpet is the main problem because (I swear) it seemed almost sticky.

Very basic, old-style room that felt a little like a step back in time. 2nd floor room with no elevator, outside stairs, overlooking the Chevron gas station. Very friendly staff.

Nice spot to stay the night
Nice motel, friendly staff. Clean but a little worn down in spots. Very impressed with the service at breakfast, the employee worked very diligently to ensure everything was well stocked up until 9 (end of breakfast). Lots of variety: make your own waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausages, etc. Beds were soft, area is quiet except for the train (it went by around 9:30am). Room was a bit humid, it would have been nice if the AC unit had a dedicated dehumidify function.

We were misled by the favorable guest rating on Hotels.com. The place was OK as a spot for spending the night while passing through. Beds were comfortable enough. However, we did not get the room we had booked (and paid a little extra for). The room was not very clean. Lots of noise from 2nd floor guests just walking around (fortunately they went to bed quickly and left quickly in the morning). Breakfast was only so-so.
