Ocean Shores fall trip
Someone checked us in and from then on we never saw anyone in the lobby at all. There was a sign to ring the bell for assistance but there was NO bell. The room itself was comfortable enough but we had on 2 small bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. No bath mat and no one around to get fresh towels and no bell to ring for service. Not sure if we'll stay there again but maybe in spring it would be better. The floors of the room were not clean at all.

Everything was great except for the state of the property to the north which looked uninhabitable with broken down/abandoned cars, caution tape, etc. it was a mess. I plan on staying again in December and will request a room further south. I did hear noises during the night which were a little unnerving

Our room had many updates:flooring, linens, bathroom and decor. Windows opened to let in cool ocean breezes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable. Room very clean.

The floor in our room was very dirty but the manager explained the dust was in the air and she came and washed the floor for us. The room was great other than that however the breakfast was not good. No coffee, no milk and only enough mixture for 3 waffles so everyone after us went without. No one in the office to ask for more.
