Foul!! Do not stay here. Ever!!
The most disgusting conditions. Mold everywhere. I had to get the inhaler and benadryl going because I'm allergic. When i mentioned the smell, food left behind in the min fridge by previous guests, the pillow that smelled like men's cologne and the rotting deck that my boyfriend almost fell thru they laughed and said "its ocean shores". Like what? Let's not forget that the cleaning staff said "hey that room hasn't been changed when talking about another room when we checked in and she said oh just change the soap so its not unwrapped. We should have run in the other direction at that moment. I'm expecting a full refund.

They stated they provided breakfast, however, the restaurant was closed and no breakfast or beverages were provided. The staff was all very nice and apologetic. Unfortunately this once beautiful hotel has been very neglected due to the downturn in the economy and is suffering greatly! I hope the company can have an upswing so that they can become as beautiful as it once was!

This place is old and dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor and mold/mildew on bottom of shower curtain. Rug in room all frayed. TV does not work. Paid for an ocean view and did not get much of a view. Too much money for this place. Will nit come back.

Hotel has incredible unobstructed ocean views and great location. Unfortunately, the property is just plain worn out and badly needs to be remodeled and updated throughout, including rooms, hallways, and common areas. It would be nice to have the restaurant off the lobby open again too.

I booked an ocean view facing room. Upon arrival the hotel staff said ocean view rooms were not available. The front desk staff were not helpful and a bit rude.

This place is almost so awesome!! We did not have a good stay here only because the bed was not good for us. It felt good at first blush (nice top I guess); but the support was not good enough and we ended up in pain. We are a bit fat and maybe it would have been ok for thinner people. The hotel is a bit run down here and there but still glitters with 90s glory everywhere, with dolphins and mirrors and statues etc. I just couldn't stop smiling. The pool and hot tub were great.

The room had black mold everywhere. Balcony full of water and unusable. Room was dirty i wish i could share pictures! Would not use the pool or sauna if the hotel was that dirty so was everything else. Resturant was closed and had been for several years. Would not recomend and should be removed from your site.

Great location, that’s the positive. I get it, WA State beaches aren’t a cash cow and it’s hard to find good help. Property is wildly outdated, falling apart, dirty and rundown. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, walls paper thin, and staff was nice but underwhelming. Oh well, we come here for the ocean, not the hotel experience.
