In our room, there was .old in the bathroom around the bath tub. The factbthat there was only 1 coffee cup was onconvient, as there were 2 of us. The room itself is older and in need of some major TLC. I remember the Shilo back in its glory days...

Positive: The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Not so great: Room smelled like maybe people use to smoke in the room? 1 coffee cup. No silverware or dishes. 2 towels. No paper towels, dish towels, or soap at kitchen sink.

Really nice getaway but the cleanest was not as clean as pictures shown online the pool had amounts of stains was not cleaned the bathtub inside the suite was not as clean as it should be also had stains Restaurant and Lounge with both shut down and closed. The continue 3.5🌟

Before booking, was informed the pool and hot was open. Upon checkin the first thing they informed me was, pool and hot tube are closed; so is the restaurant. In my opinion if you are just looking for a bed, nothing updated, with a semi ocean view ok. I did ask if they had shampoo, as none was in the room; yes I forgot mine. I was informed they did it have any travel size shampoo. I would give the stay. 2/10, again if you just need a bed, semi close to restaurants.

There was a significant lack of cleanliness in our room to the point where we immediately checked out. The staff did give us a full refund and we're more than courteous and kind. It's a very old hotel with very old amenities

Casino has better amenities.
Carpet and sofa full of stains. Only had 1 coffee cup available. Pool is closed. No free breakfast and restaurant closed. Only thing worth the stay was the view and how close it was to the beach. If i could have canceled at the last minute i would.
