I like to stay at this hotel mainly because it is close to my family when I visit. There are multiple places to dine close by and shopping is convenient. I really enjoyed the room with a walk in shower. Every room should be built this way.

The rooms ac unit only blew out wet humid air so everything in the room was damp, sheets had yellow stains so we slept on our own blankets, multiple white stains on the couch, lamp shade missing in living room and in bathroom, toilet did not fill up with water and had to remove back of tank to flush, rusted lights in bathroom, shower floor was dirty and rusted

Property is falling apart and "under repair in areas". Hotel is not Properly cleaned, pool was closed at check in due to a bunch of kids were in the pool recently and they had to add a bunch of chemicals. It did reopen sometime the next day. Breakfast was unimpressive, one morning little smokies were served as breakfast meat. Water was dripping from celling on a table at breakfast. Would not stay here again.

The staff and customer service were excellent. The hotel itself is in need of some work. The bathroom in our room had chipped and peeling paint. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. They only service rooms every 3 days. I won’t be staying there again.

Wow. Noticed pool not working, A/C set at 61, and no cleanex in bathroom when we checked in. Then found we had no WiFi in room. Went to front desk abou WiFi and was told they would call service and get back to me. Didn’t happen. In morning notice bath/shower had not been cleaned. Could tell by the black stains and hair. Last day was busy so we decided to just endure it. Will never stay at Comfort again.

We were there two days. When we checked in pool was closed for repair, thermostat in room was set at 61, and no tissue in bathroom. Room looked good and beds were comfortable. Discovered that WiFi didn’t work. Went to front desk and they said they would call service and then me. Never got call. In morning we discovered they had never cleaned bath tub. We are talking black stains and hair. We had a busy day planned and didn’t have time to change rooms. Do not plan to ever use Comfort again.
