Stay somewhere else, plenty of hotels across the street. But if u have to , staff are super nice/ my first room was horrible, was offered a better room, which helped a lot was much better .

new cleaners needed

check-in was fine, but the rooms were dirty. To be specific, the walls, towels, and bathroom looked like nothing had been cleaned, and all they did was re-fold dirty towels.

Nice bed with dirty rooms and dirty towels.

Not a horrible room, but all the towels were dirty. Not just stained, but actually still dirty. Also, the walls by the sink were splattered with tooth paste and not sure what else. Decent location for a hotel, and potential, but new cleaners are needed.

This place was very poorly maintained. The shower was rusty and dripping. The microwave was cracked and dirty. The refrigerator was filthy. The phone for service was not working. The iron was broken and rusty. Missing trim on the walls. Make me feel uncomfortable to sleep on the beds. Never coming back to this hotel.

Too close to the noisy interstate...almost avg.

upon check in found they don't honor emotional support animals with credentials site said $15 extra was charged $20 when questioned, said they were sticking to it found room about avg. a little dated but clean very noisy due to interstate traffic 75 yards away. seeing daylight around my door didn't help that ...due to the current price of eggs NO eggs for breakfast. I don.t think Ill be staying there again ...mostly for the noisey highway

The room was nice and clean ! I Didn’t like: One of the front desk ladies, named Jeska or something similar : was rude, lied to me and my wife about not speaking Spanish. She actually did. Later on we heard her speaking to other people in Spanish, my wife wanted to talk to her because she doesn’t speak English but She lied several times to her. She had a bad attitude. She is not welcoming and polite either. At least we us she behaved ignoring us . At breakfast time we got there in the last minutes, at 8:50 am. The food line was supposed to close at 9:00 am . She had bananas on her counter in the mini kitchen by the food line, we asked for two bananas and she said : those are for tomorrow ! I think this is wrong, unless she had run out of them but she had not . People like this are the ones making things more difficult than they are. None of the bad attitude and lying in this world are necessary. We are here to help each other not to serve badly to people.

Disgusting!

Room smelled disgusting, blood dot on the door and at the caulking at the bottom of the tub. Toilet constant running. Would not take my shoes off in the room. Checkin service at front desk was nice. I would never stay there again or refer it to anyone. Simple, it was disgusting!
