Unfriendly staff at the Check-In, not even looked into our facts or gave us any information about the Hotel and activities and also they promised to send a message when our room is ready, which never happened. Coffee machine was broken and it took them 1.5 days to send someone to fix it. On the second day there was suddenly an additional bed in the room, which we didn’t order. In front of our room was a construction area - couldn‘t sleep in the morning and at night! No information that they changed adults only pool to all ages a few months ago, it was an adults only pool when we booked our stay. Extremely slippery at the pool, a lot of people/children fell on their head. We got asked 10 times a day if we want Spa. Minibar was locked after we entered the room, nobody knows why. No asking if everything was ok at Check-Out.

It was amazing and fantastic stay, wish we may stay more days. All stages, from checking in till the end of our super vacation was excellent. Excellent service Excellent food Fantastic sea But we had 2 rooms without balcony, next time let it be sea view with balcony :)

Staff weren’t as attentive as other hotels we’ve stayed in, in the UAE. Food was average at best. Room had some defects you would expect in a hotel of 20 years old, not 2 years old. Good pools and beach. Beautiful foyer.

The hotel was good and is luxurious. However, the competition is so high in Abu Dhabi and we've seen better. They probably had an offer at the time and it was too crowded the first couple of nights. The lifts two of them were out of service and took long to arrive.

Horrible Rude Staff
The service at the front desk was disappointing from check-in to check-out, with the staff displaying rude and unprofessional behavior. As someone who works for a leading company in the tourism industry, this is not an experience we would recommend. While the rooms were pleasant, the overall experience was significantly diminished. The only highlight in terms of service was the excellent assistance provided by the staff at the ice cream stall. Our mini bar was empty so we called at requested to be filled as we wanted to use it, front desk said they will send someone no one came for 2 days. If you appreciate good service do not stay here

Our stay was great, the staffs too. The only part we didn’t like was that it was too noisy every were, restaurant too crowded and my wife couldn’t sleep because of the noise in the corridor and nearby rooms. The food was great 👍, the staffs too (so welcoming, smiling and attentive), lovely surroundings etc. We want to say thank you 🙏 for everything.
