Average maybe above average hotel for a well Known brand. In Abu Dhabi you have to step up your game if you want to compete with good hotels. The biggest issue here is that the property needs maintenance. It’s not bad, but definitely can improve.

Not that great afterall.
Terrible stay, unfortunately. AC's not working and they simply just said they were working on it. Checkin took over an hour. And our rooms were not ready till 4:25pm even though our check in time was 3pm. Husna at the reception was fabulous to work with but the limitations of the hotel were not cooperating with her.

Lovely chilled family holiday staff excellent Location to taxi around I found it very good Bar pool area the kids loved it and due my stay it was quite and I loved it lol

Ok for 4 stars.
Overall an okay stay - wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel experience. Felt more like a 4 star. Exec lounge food and beverage options really need improving and pool area needs a facelift. Ok hotel but don’t go if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience

Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel seems a bit dated. Beach swimming was closed due to recent flooding, but the beach seating was open and lovely. Location is good. Valet parking made things easy.

Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.
