Todo está muy bien, excepto el servicio de televisión. NO HAY CANALES Y NO TIENE PARA PONER NETFLIX O ALGÚN SERVICIO SIMILAR. ADEMÁS ES MUY PEQUEÑA LA TELEVISIÓN.

This area is recovering from a cat 5 hurricane 6 weeks ago under the circumstances for a one or two night stay very accommodating not a resort type hotel but aesthetically pleasing with 2 very clean swimming pools. upper level not handicap accesible. if needed i would stay there again. It should be noted that most of the properties are unhibatible especially the larger hotels along the ocean. the military stil has a strong presence here the airport has limited service and limited flights due to storm damage .

No hot water for showering or sink. Jacuzzi did not heat either. Staff wasn’t around to turn on. Front desk had no record of reservations. Cleaning staff showed up at 7am to clean room (still sleeping). The bar said they could make a drink and threw together random alcohols. And the “family taxi” to airport charged $300 for the three minute drive. Place was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, great staff very professional and friendly, great food variety was exceptional and reasonable priced. Extremely clean and safe area close to the beaches in Diamanté an Barra Vieja. Pools at hotel were very nice and hotel walk ways and plants were beautiful too.

Es lamentable que en la actualidad existan hoteles donde el servicio de wifi es nefasto. Yo he viajado por cuestión laboral y de plano ,tuve que usar mis datos en la laptop de trabajo . Por eso, en general lo califico con tres estrellas. Por la cuestión del personal, súper amable y atenta la chica de recepción ,muy cordial ,limpieza excelente, tranquilidad ufff!!! Cero ruidos extraños ,solo que repito, no es posible que un servicio hoy en día ya es básico tener.

Pues por ser reserva en línea me dieron la habitación más lejada y escondida. Aparte el baño no tiene puertas, solo cortinas. No es un costo muy económico como para que eso no sea solucionado.

El único detalle es que nunca salió agua caliente en la regadera. Para mi es un detalle sin importancia para el clima de Acapulco, pero creo que es un detalle que deberán de cuidar.

Vale la pena
Fueron puntuales en la entrega de la habitación, un hotel con pocas habitaciones tipo cabañas, alrededor de 15, eso me gustó mucho, muy accesible al bordo de la avenida, 2 piscinas una de tamaño regular a chica y la otra más grande, poco profunda y con un jacuzzi a cada extremo, a lo largo del terreno aproximadamente 20 mts y 3 de ancha, tienen su restaurante para desayuno, comida y cena, buena comida, no muy variada,. Cómo a partir de las 9 AM poner música instrumental en las áreas comunes, me dieron en el clavo con música de Kenny G, descanse muy bien, a mi gusto se me hizo barato, ofrecen más de lo que cuesta, el precio de las comidas bien, cerca del aeropuerto ( 10 minutos), lejos del centro, todo me pareció bien, soy viajero y le doy buena calificación, costo-beneficio excelente, saludos !!!
