Quaint Garden Surprise
Myself and 2 other friends stayed at this beautiful property for 1 night before the Bird in Hand half marathon. We were welcomed with a basket of local goodies and beyond surprised by the beauty of the property. The house is well maintained and provided a great night sleep for our group. We spent the evening in the backyard admiring the pumpkin patch, flower garden and lavender bushes!

Great Place to Stay in Lancaster, PA!
My wife and I took a quick trip to the Lancaster area to experience Sight & Sound Theater as well as catch some amazing amusement parks (Hershey Park and Dorney Park) and stayed at Annette’s property. It was a great stay and we did not have any complaints other than the sounds of the road which we knew ahead of our stay. Annette was an AMAZING host and the Amish treats she left for us were a bonus! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Lancaster!

Very comfortable stay
We very much enjoyed our stay - the host was very helpful, both in pre-stay communications as well as with in-property explanations of where to find such things as kitchen items, complimentary snacks, etc. It was a very comfortable "country retreat", and we would certainly return to stay there again.

Everything about the house was great, it was nicely decorated, clean, lots of extra touches to make it inviting, unfortunately it is very close to the very busy route 222. Even with a sound machine we could hear the traffic all night. It is a shame because it was lovely otherwise.

Super clean and cozy visit
The property was very clean and comfortable. The decor was cozy and allowed us to relax during our stay. The host truly thought of everything we could need and even provided snacks from the area and a nice selection of coffee in the morning. The only negative was the highway. It was very loud through the night. The host did have a noise machine and we realized in the morning extra fans to block out noise. Might not be a great place to stay if you are a light sleeper. Overall a lovely visit and an excellent host!

A lil place of relaxation
The owner was very nice and i appreciated her letting me check in 1 hour early. I had my 79 year old mother with who was extremely exhausted after a 6 hour drive. The place was so clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable and would stay again

The stay was wonderful and it was so cozy and warm the land they have is big and the fire pit was the best we made s’mores. They supplied everything for your stay. It was well worth it. We love the home and plan to go back.

This place is done right! The owner has thought of everything. Great price. Physical location is good. But if traffic noise bothers you, it is not for you. It sits right next to a four lane highway. She does provide a white noise machine and earplugs. lol.

The perfect escape
What a lovely stay!!! The home was cozy, welcoming and stocked with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The welcome basket was such a nice surprise and the perfect touch. Everything about the house was inviting and warm. The location is perfect for antiquing and close to so many other wonderful areas to visit in PA. Amazing property! Very comfortable. Host provided movies to watch, snacks, and games to play. There was a garden out back, and our girls loved being able to go out and pick a pumpkin! This location was a very enjoyable stay.

Very impressed. Even better than pictures show. Extremely clean and fresh smell throughout. Cozy, nicely decorated, new furniture, comfortable beds with fresh clean linens. Homemade muffins and local made treats provided. Large front covered porch with dusk/dawn lighting to enjoy sipping your coffee or tea. Back porch as well for relaxing, fire pit and a few home grown crops, raspberries/lavender in back yard to pick when in season. Great place to stay!
