The Space:
Alma Tiny House is located in the charming village of Willunga, near Port Willunga's coastline views and 12-28 minutes away from stunning beaches such as Port Willunga Beach, Myponga Beach and Sellicks Beach. Conveniently located in the McLaren Vale wine-growing region, also known as a suburb of the Adelaide metropolitan area.

Discover the dramatic coastal scenery of the Fleurieu Peninsula, just a short trip from the charming town of Cape Jervis. A wonderful cabin of 139 square-feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT: Please advise that there will be passing car noise and neighbouring residents passing by during your stay. It's situated just 10 meters away from the rear section of the Alma Hotel, within a pub car park.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the modest house and its surrounding areas.

Advisory:

- Please note that the tiny house is located on a pub's premises, which includes a liquor shop and restaurant. The main gate closes at 9 PM, so it's advisable to inform the host if you plan to go out.

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- For stays of 5 nights or more (or For bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
