Living room:
- Sofa bed (can can be converted into a queen size bed upon request to comfortably fit an additional adult or two young children)
- 65 inch 4k TV with Bose Soundtouch system
- Xbox One X with games

Dining/kitchen room:
- Dining table with 6 chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen (see below for full list of amenities)

An additional bathroom is accessible for all guests to use.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, including:

Guest Access:
There is free street available but it is time limited (1-2 hours) before 6pm. Parking is free after 6pm.

There is a free city tram about 10 minutes walk away that will take you to most locations within the CBD. The tram runs every 15 minutes until midnight every day.

The Neighborhood:
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shopping malls, bars and clubs nearby to keep you entertained all throughout the day and night.

The location is just outside the busiest/noisiest streets of the CBD so you generally won't hear any noise if the windows are shut.

Getting Around:
There is a free city tram that operates from 7am until midnight 7 days a week and covers most locations in the CBD. There is also a free City Connector bus that operates from early morning until 7:15pm 7 days a week.

PARKING -
We can provide ONE onsite car park for $20 per day. Please let us know before your check in date if you require one.

ADDITIONAL BEDS -
We can provide the following additional beds for an extra fee of $50 each (one time fee)
- Sofa bed in living room with 2 pillows and linen
- Fold out king single bed with 1 pillow and linen (in Master bedroom study nook)
