Situated in a tree-lined street among other character homes. Once you step inside, this home excudes style and grace with crisp flowing lines.

The house includes 3 bedrooms with the following set up

- Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed and Ensuire and Walk in Robe with LCD TV and Blu Ray
- Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with single bed BIR and LCD TV and Ipod Dock
- Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with single bed

Sleeping up to 8 total making it an ideal family get away and able to sleep two families with children. Also have a double fold out bed in living room

It exudes a genuine feeling of comfort and space. All rooms are spacious, with main bedroom with ensuite, 37 inch LED LCD TV with Blu Ray, walk in robe and pleasant outlook. All bed and bath linen is supplied. Portacot and high chair available on request.

The house has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort with ducts in all bedrooms and living areas.

The house also has a spacious open lounge/living and kitchen with Euro gas top cooking, automatic coffee machine, free-standing fresh chilled water filter bottle and Elfa dishwasher with crisp white tiles throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The Dining Area has a new white 8 seater dining table.
There is a large three seater leather lounge along with a 2 seater leather lounge with pull out sofa to sleep further guests.
There is a Flat Screen LED LCD TV and DVD for your pleasure and a Grundig CD player and radio and Wii
There are two double sliding doors leading out to courtyard and side yard with outdoor setting with a couple of smaller settings for a relaxing cup of tea or wine
in the sun.

The laundry has space and a Fischer Paykel washer and clothes line located within a few steps from the back door.

Double Garage with remote controls and direct access into the house. Off Street parking for 2 cars.

We have a minimum of 2 night stays.

The house was clean, cool, comfortable and everything we hoped for. The host was great! The air conditioning throughout the house was an extra bonus as the temperature that weekend was in the late 30's c all weekend. Thanks very much.

This house is immaculate, and easy to locate. I needed a place close to the city. And even with peak hour traffic it only took me 15 minutes to get to town.

perfect location and extremely well presented property
we found this place online as a race team we have stayed at many places world wide, and its always great when we stay in Aus as the communication an honesty from the host is always second to none, this place was way above as described and perfect for all of us, the team actually commented as to how good the place was, and the communication from the host was excellent would highly reccomend. we don't usually leave reviews but had to and already have planned to come back next year for the Adelaide 500 and will be staying here again (we will have to book before the other teams read this and beat us there ) great facility great host great location Ron

House was not clean, dust and dirty tissues under beds, god knows when they vacuumed under beds. Hotplates were dirty, spiders and cobwebs in each room. Couldn’t sit outside as table and chairs were thick with dust and grime. Horrible pillows, spare pillows but with no pillow cases !! Not enough bathroom towels. Not happy at all

We booked and paid for this property. I attempted to call the person who managers this property with no answer, left a voice mail to confirm.. did not get a call back. The morning we left to travel to this property I got an email saying welcome etc but had not heard from anyone in regards to house lockbox codes etc. I send a message to him to enquire about it at around 10am (check in was 2pm) we arrived in Adelaide at 1:30 and I received an email to say ‘we’ve had to cancel your stay’ half an hour before check in. I was stuck in Adelaide with no accommodation for me, my partner and 2 dogs. I called and called and only received his voice mail.. I thought this is strange so tried to call from my partners phone and it became very clear he had just blocked my number, however, he still did not answer the phone. My partner logged onto his account (so he didn’t know it was the same person who first booked) and messaged the man to enquire about the property to see if he was still booking it out, which he was very quick to reply to and stated the current people had decided to stay an extra night but he could have it the night after... so instead of sending me a message or giving me a call to let me know, he canceled it last minute with an automated email with no explanation because he decided to cancel the booking we had made to allow the current people to stay longer. He has still not replied to my voice mail, emails or calls (and blocked my number). So I can not comment on this house but the person running it is very very unprofessional. We ended up not getting a refund for about 5-6 days .. so we were out of pocket from the start of our holidays. We found another lovely place but had to pay so much extra because it was last minute. I would not trust him.
