My only negative was the fan based air conditioning system. Room was slightly humid for my overnight stay. However, room was adequately supplied with amenities including operational television.

The toilet was leaking water across the floor, shower had no pressure and water went aeound the bath edge and onto the floor, elevator not working was only 1 available. Only 3 towels for 4 people but reception did send more up. Car park is so small.

The staff especially Amelia were very helpful and respectful. The property is old and aircon is poor in some rooms due to age. Rooms are large ..bathrooms have been renovated ..bedding is very comfortable and new . Enjoyed my stay . Very convenient location .

The room & cleanliness were good but the air-conditioning didn't work. The rooms, (as friends stayed in the room next to ours) were warm and stuffy. Tried adjusting the air-conditioning but made no difference. Thankfully there was a pedestal fan in there, which made it a bit more bearable. Ceiling fans would be great but new air-conditioning would certainly make a great difference
