Old house completely renovated, all comfort, garden planted with orange trees (hence its name: Portokalia, in Greek). Jacuzzi outside. 100m from the village of Mixorouma, 4 km from SPILI, quiet, in a beautiful green setting. Cool house in summer. 5 minutes from the charming little town of Spili. Central position to visit Crete. Very beautiful beaches at 1/4 H. Site privileged for pedestrian excursions. Beautiful typical Cretan villages, Byzantine churches and monasteries (Preveli, Arkadi ...). Many good taverns in the area.

You can bring an animal but do ask us autorization prior rƩservation please. Ok with for example 1 small animal, well educated.

GroƟzĆ¼giges Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groƟzĆ¼gig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Nicht alles ist ganz neu, aber das unterstreicht den Charme des Hauses. Highlights waren fĆ¼r uns die groƟe mit Wein Ć¼berwachsene Terrasse und die vielen schattigen PlƤtzchen, z.B. unter dem Orangenbaum am Pool. Klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in den Betten waren fĆ¼r uns eher hart, das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traditionelles kretischen Haus, leider mit Feuchtigkeit
Das Haus hat durchaus Charme, ist leider weder im Untergeschoss (SchlafrƤume) noch im OG aufgrund erhƶhter Feuchtigkeit bewohnbar. Die BettwƤsche, Kopfkissen etc. waren jeden Tag klamm. Trocknen in der Sonne hatte nur einen kurzzeitigen Effekt. Der Vermieter hat die zustƤndige Dame vorort vorbeigeschickt. Sie hat die Heizung angestellt. Es war dann zu warm in den RƤumen, aber auch diese MaƟnahme hatte nur einen kurzzeitigen Effekt. Unsere Kleidung haben wir im Koffer gelassen, aber diesen nicht verschlossen, so dass auch diese klamm war. Aufgrund dieser Situation kann man nicht wirklich von Urlaub sprechen. Vermieter reagiert auf Teilerstattung nicht.

Bel endroit typique Ć  la campagne.
C'Ć©tait notre deuxiĆØme sĆ©jour dans cette villa typique de l'endroit. Nous avons autant adorĆ© que la premiĆØre fois. Ne cherchez pas le bling-bling et le grand luxe mais vous aurez tout le calme et le confort nĆ©cessaire en plus du cadre typiquement crĆ©tois du village. La supĆ©rette et le sublime restaurant sont Ć  deux pas avec la simplicitĆ© et la gentillesse de l'accueil local. Encore merci pour ce merveilleux sĆ©jour.

Schƶnes idyllisches und gerƤumiges Ferienhaus
GemĆ¼tlich und gerƤumig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Leider kam es hin und wieder zu GeruchsbelƤstigung ( Landwirtschaft). Der zum Haus gehƶrende Whirlpool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, war wohl ein technisches Problem. GewĆ¼nscht hƤtten wir noch eine Informationsmappe Ć¼ber Bedienungsanleitungen (Grill, Whirlpool,SpĆ¼lmaschine, Klimaanlage)

Tolles Haus und schƶn gelegen
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch selbst zu kochen. Ansonsten bietet sich die Taverne (Petrokofino) an, die fuƟlƤufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Gleich daneben befindet sich ein Minimarkt mit BƤcker, um das Nƶtigste zu kaufen. Alles in allem also sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Ein Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefĆ¼hlt haben. Sehr schƶne Aufteilung und eine geschmackvolle, stimmige Einrichtung. Sogar die KĆ¼chenausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden. Was wir zudem genossen haben, war das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck auf der groƟen erhƶhten Terrasse unter einer Weintrauben-Pergola. Sehr schƶn auch die kleine familiengefĆ¼hrte Taverne, in der man viele leckere frische Vor- und Hauptspeisen bekommt. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir von dort aus jeden Tag AusflĆ¼ge unternommen; es gibt viel zu sehen, auch in der nƤheren Umgebung. Wir werden uns immer gern an diesen Urlaub erinnern, und vielleicht kommen wir ja wieder.

Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans cette maison confortable et tranquille mais aussi dans ce village paisible , au milieu d'un bel environnement et prĆ©s des plages. Very nice
Thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything worked fine. It is an old house with charme. Spili is a great place too. The bedrooms have old, thick walls, but no AC. It is okay to sleep, but we were here on very hot days and I would recommend installing one ;-) Best regards!
