ISABELLA VILLA SLEEPS 4 , 2 BEDROOMS 1 BATHROOM FOR 2-4 PERSON.THIS VILLA HAS A BRAND NEW POOL just completed . 1041K92003248801 Licence number VILLA DEEP CLEANED AFTER EVERY VIST.
The villa is located in the village of Marious, which is situated in Rethymno ,on the south side of the Island .Conveniently placed approximately 1 hour and 37 minutes drive from Chania and Heraklion airports.
Car is essential for this villa which is simply accessible beside a tarmacked road .However ,walking can be permitted to the local Greek Mariou Tavern which is a renowned 5 star restaurant adjacent to the villa, which is about a 5 minute walk ,but can not be seen or heard from the villa.
The villa is all on one level , with open plan living area kitchen ,lounge and dining ,to the rear of the villa are two good size double bedrooms with king size beds and very spacious fitted wardrobes .The bedrooms are ventilated with ceiling fans .PLUS AIR CONDITIONING.
The kitchen has hob and oven ,a stainless steel fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The lounge area has a beautiful L shaped sofa with coffee table and TV DVD.
The bathroom has a very large shower ,basin mirror and it also houses the washing machine.
Out side the patio doors lead to a swimming pool 5.5 m long by 3.6 m wide 1.2 metres deep with a decked area ,leading on from that is a small garden area which is a shaded terrace area which is tiled.
From the villa the town Plakias is 4 km in distance it has beach complimenting the abundance of bars,restaurants,supermarkets and pharmacy.
Damnoni beach 5 km from the villa which is a well structured beach with beds and showers .Great place to take on the thrill of water sports e,g sailing ,windsurfing,scuba driving,water-skiing and lots more .A wonderful selection of traditional restaurants are located here with lovely views of the sea.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful property with stunning views. The villa was so well equipt with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, this was our first time in the South of the island so the recommendations kindly provided by Nicole were very much appreciated.

Really well managed villa in a lovely area
New, modern, very well-laid out and well built villa in a lovely part of Crete. Small patio & swimming pool but enough to keep cool or sunbathe. Very nice kitchen & appreciated the essentials of salt, pepper, olive oil, wine & beer. Great Taverna in 2 minutes walk with plenty of other tavernas and loads of beaches within 15 minutes.

Petit paradis avec vue sur mer. Maison trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et piscine privative fort apprĆ©ciable. AccĆØs Ć  plusieurs plages trĆØs facile ainsi qu'au village de Plakias oĆ¹ tout est disponible (supermarchĆ©s, pharmacie, boucherie...). 2eme sĆ©jour en CrĆŖte SUD : nous reviendrons. La situation au centre de l'Ć®le permet un accĆØs rapide Ć  la cote Nord (La CanĆ©e, Rethymnon, HĆ©raklyon...). Nicolle est trĆØs disponible et aux petits soins. Ainsi que Pedro sur place. Parfait.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Isabella verbracht. Die Villa mit Meerblick liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Plakias, verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber einen schƶnen Aussenbereich mit eigenem Pool ( tƤglicher Poolservice) und reichlich SchattenplƤtzen. Das Haus und die KĆ¼che sind perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wonderful stay
Our stay at Villa Isabella was wonderful. We were lucky with the weather being nice. The villa is roomy, well equipped and nicely situated with a perfect view of the hills and the Mediterranean. Owner was very helpful with some minor issues. Little warning: the beds are pretty hard and a car is essential.

Villa fĆ¼r die perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer & Entspannung
Wir verbrachten im September 2021 9 wundervolle Tage in der Villa Isabella. Die Anreise inklusive Check-In verlief reibungslos, Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der TĆ¼r. Einen Mietwagen braucht man aber auf alle FƤlle, da es zum Strand und zum nƤchsten grĆ¶ĆŸeren Supermarkt ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt sind. DIe Villa ist optimal gelegen um auf der Westseite der Insel viele AusflĆ¼ge zu machen, sie lƤdt aber auch ein, einfach mal ein paar Tage am privaten Pool zu entspannen. WIr hatten einen wirklich wunderschƶnen Urlaub und kƶnnen die Villa fĆ¼r ein Paar oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern auf jeden Fall empfehlen :-)

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent moment dans cette Villa ! Elle est situĆ© pas trĆØs loins des plages (environ 10minutes en voiture) et Ć  cĆ“tĆ© d'un super restaurant (5minutes Ć  pied). Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben hier in der Villa Isabella zwei perfekte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet und wird rundum super betreut. Selbst der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben die himmlische Ruhe des kleinen Bergdƶrfchens Mariou sehr genossen. Ein idealer Platz um auszuspannen und zu genieƟen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieterin Nicole. Es war einfach alles super !!!!

Wundervoller Meerblick
Wir haben im September 2020 zwei tolle Wochen in Villa Isabella verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (SpĆ¼lmaschine, Waschmaschine, Internet, SAT-TV, kleiner Privatpool, bequeme Sonnenliegen mit dicken Auflagen), man hat Sonne von morgens bis abends zum Sonnenuntergang und der Meerblick ist noch viel toller als auf den Fotos. Der Pool wird tƤglich gereinigt, Verbrauchsmaterial wie Toilettenpapier, KĆ¼chenrolle, Waschmittel, SpĆ¼lmaschinentabs, ausreichend HandtĆ¼cher, Strandlaken) standen zur VerfĆ¼gung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super und unkompliziert. 5 FuƟminuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es die ausgezeichnete Taverne Mariou und weitere 4 tolle Tavernen in Mirthios (2 km entfernt). Von Mariou aus kann man viele tolle AusflĆ¼ge machen (Rethymnon, Spili, Imbros-Schlucht. Loutro, Chora Sfakion, Frangokastello und vieles mehr). Wir haben uns ehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Danke, liebe Nicole.

Unser 4 Wƶchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Isabella
Ein schƶnes nettes Haus komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Schƶner Pool durchschnittlich 27 Grad Wasser. Schƶne Ć¼berdachte Terrasse. Die Vermieterin Nicole war immer zu erreichen, wenn man sie brauchte. Die Perle des Hauses Petro war fĆ¼r jedes Problem sehr hilfreich. Das einzige Manko war die steile Auffahrt auf steinigem, rutschigem Kiese zur StraƟe. In der NƤhe gibt es 3 Buchten mit sehr schƶnen StrƤnden. In Plakias 4km entfernt gibt es SupermƤrkte, Fleischhauer und BƤckerei, Cafe und Tavernen. War ein schƶner Urlaub

Einfach perfekt!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die komplette Ausstattung des Hauses mit Pool und Klimaanlage hat keine WĆ¼nsche offen gelassen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, bis zum Strand sind es nur 3 Km. Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer sofort erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hier Urlaub machen. Wunderbares Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung.
Alles toll. Haus liegt ruhig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderbarer Blick Ć¼bers Land. Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Meer. Leider ist die steile Einfahrt mit ziemlich rutschigen Kies belegt.
