Todo muy bien! Una propiedad excelente y con multiples opciones alrededor. Mi unica sugerencia es hacer el area de alberca mas amigable con mas sombrillas, camastros, etc.

Terrible experience with management. This hotel did not have warm water to shower. I asked another guest in a different room and they did not have warm water either. My room had a connecting room but they were unable to lock the door because they 'did not have the key'. Shocking! Do not stay here.

**ReseƱa del Hotel Quinta Real Aguascalientes: Un Desastre Total ā€“ Eviten Este Lugar a Toda Costa** Quiero expresar mi profunda indignaciĆ³n y frustraciĆ³n tras una estancia absolutamente desastrosa en el Hotel Quinta Real de Aguascalientes. Este lugar se presenta como un hotel de lujo, pero la realidad es que no cumple ni con los estĆ”ndares bĆ”sicos de hospitalidad, lo cual es inaceptable y enfurecedor. Nos hospedamos dos adultos y dos niƱos durante dos noches, y desde el primer momento las cosas comenzaron mal. Llegamos a la habitaciĆ³n y nos encontramos con solo tres toallas y dos ridĆ­culas botellas de agua de 250 mililitros para cuatro personas. Ā”Un verdadero insulto! Al solicitar mĆ”s toallas y agua, nos informaron que tendrĆ­amos que pagar un cargo extra. A pesar de la injusticia, aceptĆ© el cargo adicional, pero lo que sucediĆ³ despuĆ©s fue aĆŗn mĆ”s indignante: Ā”ni las toallas ni el agua llegaron! A las 8 pm del viernes hice la solicitud, y nos dejaron completamente ignorados. ĀæCĆ³mo es posible que un hotel que cobra lo que cobra por noche trate asĆ­ a sus huĆ©spedes? Pero lo peor estaba por venir. El sĆ”bado por la noche, al regresar de un evento, me encontrĆ© con una escena que rozaba lo grotesco. Las sĆ”banas de nuestra cama estaban manchadas con sangre. Ā”Sangre! Como si no fuera suficiente asco, al abrir el closet encontramos una cucaracha. Ā”Una cucaracha en un hotel de "lujo"! Esto es simplemente imperdonable, un absoluto desastre de limpieza y mantenimiento.

The property is beautiful but the rooms need new carpets as they are old and smelly, the fountains need to be cleaned and in working condition. It is not a 5 star hotel anymore

I just loved the aesthetics of the hotel and how centric it is. Some things a bit outdated but I believe theyā€™re doing remodeling so hopefully it gets better. They need more air conditioners in the rooms.
