The Casa Palacio is a seventeenth-century monastic palace entirely restored, with the utmost respect for the environment, and preserves the original stone structure and has three fully equipped detached houses.
Two of these houses can sleep ten people each with bedrooms on the ground floor for easy access, and the third house can sleep four. Mave is a small, quiet well connected town.
Teresa and Alvaro, a couple who addressed the rehabilitation of the building which make up the Casa Palacio de Mave, currently engaged in rural tourism incorporating a special houses, different, that help the understanding and enjoyment of the mountains in Palencia.
The Casa Palacio de Mave Project is undertaken with the highest quality and always aiming for the utmost level of comfort and respect towards the environment.
CASA“EL CINTO”
The name comes from the mountain that lies in front of the house, El Cinto de Becerril.
The house sleeps up to ten people, and has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days.
In the living room with television, there is a wood stove that will make your winter stay more enjoyable. The underfloor heating downstairs brings great warmth to the room, on the top floor there are conventional radiators.
This is a house with a living room, kitchen and toilet and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom on ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with two beds and one with a double bed and a cot. There is one bathroom. The top floor sleeps four.
CASA “LA HORADADA”
The canyon formed by the river Pisuerga in the vicinity of the house gives it its name. This house is equipped to sleep ten people.
Like the other houses it has underfloor heating on ground floor, where there is one double bedroom, a bathroom, the living room with wood stove, and the kitchen.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as one bathroom.
The top floor sleeps four.
CASA “MONTE CILDÁ”
This house is named after the mountain that are located in front of it, where there was a Celtic and later Roman fort, a place of great historical importance.
The house is equipped to accommodate four people. On the ground floor is the living room with wood stove, television and the kitchen. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a toilet. The ground floor has underfloor heating.
On the first floor is double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a reading area.
On the top floor there is one double bedroom and a bathroom.
