Our farm is located in a quiet location in Au (near Aich) in the Schladming-Dachstein region.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 large kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 2 double rooms are located on the ground floor. Sun terrace with barbecue, outdoor sauna, ski cellar with boot dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and much more.
Dogs on request.

Bathing lake, tennis court, riding stable, Ennsradweg, and Sparmarkt lie in direct proximity.

Wonderful holiday home
Location was absolutely wonderful - so quiet and peaceful yet so many ski lifts within 30 mins drive. Gabriela and her family were wonderful hosts - we really enjoying meeting the animals (cats,dog, chickens and cows - not forgetting the gorgeous calf Gloria). The cabin was perfect and we really enjoyed the sauna. Thank you so much. I hope we get to come back some time soon.

Wonderful Holiday Cottage on the Farm
We had a fantastic stay! Gabi was very accommodating and generous with our checkin/out times and all the furnishings were super! A very welcoming and attentive hostess who made us feel at home. Thank you for having a Christmas Tree for us to make our holiday extra special!! We were close to multiple hiking trails and ski slopes. Excellent rental :)

toller Winterspass
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Januar in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Am besten hat uns die Sauna gefallen. Einfach herrlich nach einem langen Schitag😉 Die umliegenden Skigebiete sind gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Es ist ein wirklich tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind ausgesprochen gut und die Gegend lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein großes Plus war der Wäscheservice und die Sauna. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die vielen Skigebiete und auch Seen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Schwarzkogler für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus.
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Wir würden mit frischer Milch und Eiern direkt vom Hof versorgt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch mit einer Gruppem von 8 Leuten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöner Bauernhof in der Natur
Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage auf dem Müllnerhof (4 Erwachsene mit 5 Kinder zwischen 0 und 5 Jahre alt). Das Gästehaus ist geräumig und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen und im Stall beim Melken zuschauen. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr lieb und für die tägliche Beschäftigung helfen die Sommercards mit denen man reichlich Aktivitäten kostenlos machen kann.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ein super freundliches Gastgeberpaar die immer da waren wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Auch die Kühe und diverse andere Tiere direkt vor der Haustür waren ein tolles Erlebnis für die Kinder. Man wohnt etwas abseits vom ganzen Trubel, aber innerhalb von 5 min ist man auf der Hauptstraße und von da aus ist alles super erreichbar Alles in allem eine Runde Sache und wir kommen gerne wieder in eine traumhafte Region!

Super schön! Jederzeit wieder!
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit der perfekten Unterkunft. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (1,9 Jahre) und einem befreundeten Pärchen da. Wir konnten uns auf 2 Etagen aufteilen. In der Umgebung konnte man viel unternehmen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und der Hof mit den Tieren klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war unser erster Winterurlaub und eins wissen wir schon ganz genau, es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Aich. Wunderschönes neues ruhiges Haus in traumhafter Umgebung mit sehr sehr netten Vermietern
Wir waren Ende Juli 2019 im Ferienhaus der Fam Schwarzkogler mein Mann meine 7 jährige Tochter und ich Wir alle waren begeistert von der Unterkunft der Umgebung u der Vermieterfamilie Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen Es ist absolut ruhig u landschaftlich schön gelegen die Zimmer neu u sauber Unendlich viele wander Möglichkeit , Radfahren u zahlreiche Seen u Freibäder Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ferienkarte mit ihren Ermäßigungen u Angeboten einfach toll Unsere Tochter hatte einen Riesen Spaß mit den vielen Tieren auf dem Hof insb den Babykatzen Danke für die schöne Zeit Fam Walker

Entspannung pur
Ein renoviertes altes Bauernhaus mit viel Charme in toller Umgebung. Alt und neu schoen verbunden, Landgefuehl ohne Verzicht auf Komfort. Schalfraeume waren geraeumig und die Wohnkueche sehr gross, aber kein traditionelles Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, was wir aber nicht vermisst haben (Landgefuehl). Haben die grosse Aussensauna und auch unsere Terasse mit festem BBQ sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist auch im Sommer toll und man kann auch mit Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre alt) sehr viel unternehmen. Dank der Sommerkarte die man bei der Anreise bekommt, ist alles acuh noch erstaunlich erschwinglich. Die Gastgeberfamile ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fuehlt sich richtig zu Hause. Meine 10 jaehrige Tochter sagte am Ende "Papa, ich moechte hier wohnen bleiben", das sagt vielleicht alles.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus Müllnerhof bei Gabriela und Franz verbracht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr sehr gut geschlafen und haben gar nichts vermisst. Schöner Familienurlaug
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Küche super ausgestattet. Frau Schwarzkogler wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Brötchen und frische Milch zu bestellen. Es waren für uns 4 erholsame und tolle Tage.

Een gezellige woning bij de boerderij
Een rustig gelegen kindvriendelijke woning naast de woning en boerderij van de eigenaars. Erg vriendelijke mensen. 4 prima slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met 3 douches en een gezellige zitkeuken. Sauna in de tuin. De service met verse broodjes en verse eieren was ook heerlijk. We hebben een fijne week gehad. In 10 auto-minuten ben je bij de planai pistes. Deze woning is echt voor herhaling vatbaar....zowel ‘s winters als zomers, want de omgeving is ook een geweldig wandelgebied.
