Concentrate on the essentials again!

The four-sided farm "Ederhof" is in a romantic location on the Hauptmannsberg at the end of an idyllic valley. The remoteness of the hamlet of Hauptmannsberg and thus the relaxation effect should be particularly mentioned. Depending on your preferences, enough activities and excursion destinations are possible, all of which do not mean a trip around the world.

The cozy rooms are as original as possible and perfectly reflect the flair of the house.
The courtyard offers enough space for children to play, to relax or for cozy barbecues.

The accommodation is wheelchair accessible due to the ramp in the courtyard, rooms on the ground floor and walk-in shower.

Currently, both the house, the large courtyard and the beautiful orchard can be used. The adjacent farm buildings are gradually being renovated. This does not cause any disruption to our guests.

Behind the farm further up the mountain begins the forest where nature lovers get their money's worth: mountain biking, mushroom searching, fresh air snapping ;-) What your heart desires!
The forest is traversed by the so-called elevated road, which is not a road, but just a forest path that can be used to best take spontaneous walks. Depending on the stamina, the route can be shortened or extended.

The Sonnenhof is also within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes). A riding stable where children can go horseback riding. The tavern offers good food at affordable prices in large portions! An absolute excursion tip!

The Aidenbach market with the nearest shops is 8 km away and shopping should be done by car.

Other excursion destinations for children are:

- Voglsam bird park near Schönau
- Amusement park "Bayern-Park" in Reisbach

The bathing triangle Bad Griesbach - Bad Füssing - Bad Birnbach is about 30 km away and offers wellness lovers relaxation and health-impaired people relief. There are also several first-class golf courses on which the Kaiser Franz Beckenbauer can sometimes be found.

Quiet farmhouse in the Bavarian countryside
We had a great stay in Hauptmannsberg near Aidenbach in the lovingly refurbished farmhouse. Although the house was a little more remote than we expected, we were able to visit nearby towns and cities easily. The neighbors were very nice. We bought eggs from one neighbor and another neighbor accepted a stroller which was lost at the airport. The bread truck stopped right outside of the kitchen on Saturday morning with a large and delicious variety of baked goods. The house was clean and very child friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only difficulty was trying to find the key lock box after dark. We recommend arriving in daylight.

Herrliche Lage und urige Atmosphäre
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche auf dem Ederhof verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und individuell ausgestatt mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich besonders, man ist sofort mitten in der Natur und kann wirklich komplett abschalten. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt.

Schöne Tage im Herbst
Liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und herrliche Umgebung zum Wandern und Radfahren. Aus unserer Sicht unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 4 erwachsenen in dem Haus. Es sind einige Spiele für die Kinder und auch erwachsenen vorhanden. :) Das hat vor allem die Kinder gut beschäftigt wenn man zu Haus war. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat, so Das wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Ein bisschen störend waren die Türgriffe, die knartschen und quietschen fast alle. So wie, die Pumpe, im Hauswirtschaftsraum, sie ist im unterem Schlafzimmer für bestimmt 15 min, nach Wasserbenutzung, mit einem lauten „knacken“ zu hören. Das war doch sehr störend. Im oberen Bad, sollten nach Möglichkeit weitere Rollos angebracht werden…. Nur 1 von 3 Fenstern hatte ein Rollo. Sonst hatten wir erholsame Tage, mit viel Ruhe und Natur. :) Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. :)

Ansprechend gestaltete Räume mit viel Platz für eine Großfamilie
Die Räumlichkeiten in einem renovierten sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet und bieten Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Die gesamte Abwicklung vom ersten bis zum letzten Kontakt war einfach, offen und vertrauensvoll. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und kommen wieder zurück. Vielen Dank!

Für eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie
Wir waren für 4 Tage im Ederhof und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man sich vom Alltagesstress etwas erholen möchte, ist die Lage optimal. In der Nacht hat man absolute Ruhe, was wir sehr genossen haben. Sehr gut ausgestattet ist der Ederhof auch und alles verlief problemlos.

Toller Hof, schön ruhig.
Wir waren als Familie dort. Die Beschreibung im Inserat stimmt mit der Realität überein. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt,besonders schön ist auch, dass eine gewisse Grundausstattung für Küche und Bad vorhanden ist. Der Hof liegt schön einsam, es ist absolut ruhig dort. Für Kinder ideal, dass der Hof absperrbar ist und die Kinder nicht auf die Strasse laufen können, denn die wenigen Autos, die da vorbeifahren sind leider immer ziemlich flott unterwegs. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort vorbeischauen.

Familienurlaub im Nirgendwo
Wer einfach Ruhe haben will im Urlaub ist hier genau richtig. Durch die Abgeschiedene Lage und den abgeschlossenen Innenhof können die Kinder einfach raus und nach Lust und Laune spielen. Wenn man dann doch Sehnsucht nach Zivilisation bekommt, ist diese nur 20-40 Minuten entfernt (Vilshofen oder Passau). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spielzeug und auch in der Küche findet man alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann.

Kurzurlaub linken Niederrhein ( NRW ) nach Niederbayern Aidenbach
Wir sind zum runden Geburtstag unseres Schwager's / Onkel's nach Bayern gekommen u. haben für uns u. unsere Kinder / Schwiegerkinder ( 7 Erw. ) vorab ein Haus gesucht, wo Hunde erlaubt sind. Was wir mit dem Ederhof in Aidenbach gefunden u. gebucht haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, meine Schwiegermutter die im Rollstuhl sitzt, konnte sich sehr gut im Behindertgerechten Erdgeschoss mobilisieren, einziges Manko, im unterem Schlafzimmer war das Bett viel zu niedrig für einen behinderten Menschen u. der Innenhof hätte etwas gepflegter sein können. Ansonsten ist das Haus top u. nur weiter zu empfehlen. Was noch erwähnenswert ist zum einkaufen o. mal ebend frische Brötchen holen muss man ins Dorf runter fahren (ca. 6.3 km ) dort ist Edeka mit vorne an einer Bäckerei, Netto u.v.m. s. Broschüre. LG B. Abgesagt wegen Corona
Leider konnten wir unsere Reise nicht antreten, was wir sehr sehr schade finden, da wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Vermieter waren so freundlich und haben uns den vollen Preis zurückerstattet. Daher von uns die beste Bewertung, die wir aus der Ferne geben können. Wir hoffen sehr, dass sich die Lage sehr bald so weit beruhigt, dass man auch wieder guten Gewissens verreisen kann und so schöne Orte wie diesen besuchen darf.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub
Das Haus ist schön groß und auf nem guten Stand gerade wenn 2 Familien zusammen in den Urlaub fahren. Es gibt viel zu erleben in ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit und man kann auch direkt vor der Tür spazieren/wandern gehen. Einfach traumhaft

Das HAus hatte für uns (4 Erwachsene, drei Kinder) die perfekte Größe. Die Räume sind wirklich alle schön. Es waren viele Dinge bereits vorhanden - auch viel für die Kinder, was wirklich toll war. Der Hof war auch super für die Kinder. Wer etwas sauberes, ruhiges für die Familie sucht ist hier genau richtig.
