IPaD Sea Cottages "The Seaview getaway"

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep four.
There is a bathroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave and dishwasher.
From your bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, you have a stunning view of the archipelago and the cruise ships just in front of you.
In the evening you can also enjoy the Jacuzzi.
This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest and be part of the archipelago area in an exclusive setting. The cottage is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
There are plenty of romantic walks in the area.
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are always included.

Kayaks can be rented for a discounted price (from our own private pier).

The most amazing and constantly changing view
We had a truly lovely week at the property, which is small but perfectly formed. The outside space is just fantastic. The view over the archipelago is beautiful and changes all the time as the weather changes, including a spectacular complete double rainbow. Lots of boats going up and down to watch, both big and small. The house is connected to Markus' (owner) house and he has another small traditional cabin that he also rents and which lies just to the side of this property. This means that the people renting the cabin may walk across this property's outside space if they want to go to the main house. Also, the cleaners arrived to clean the adjacent cabin and took the wrong path to the cabin which meant they walked up the side of this property and could see right in while we were still in bed. All in all, I myself and my husband really enjoyed the week, just hanging out, taking small walks in the local area and staring at the view.

Amazing home, stunning location
We had the most amazing time in Markus’ place. It is equipped so well with everything you need and is a great size! Everything is so comfortable and lovely. The hot tub was amazing and the view is absolutely spectacular. The landscape was covered in snow while we were there which made for the most fantastic Christmas! Our friends are already asked where we stayed and we hope to be back soon!!

This is a lovely, exceptionally well equipped, 2 storey light and airy apartment with fantastic views over the Archipeligo. A car is essential to properly explore the locality, and as there are no bars or shops around. You need to stop off in Akersberga for provisions.. including the alcohol store! Markhus is happy to sit down and talk through the best places to visit, walk, swim etc, and we found his tips spot on.

Great place, but you need to make sure that you are quiet.
Perfect location and great views, however do not choose this location if you want to come with kids as kids make noise. Also suggest it is mentioned in the presentation of the property. Perfect location for quiet couples though....

Außergewöhnich schöne Ferien
Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne Ferienwochen in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage einfach fantatisch mit direktem Blick auf die Schären an der Schiffahrtslinie der großen Fähren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und geben tolle Tipps für Ausfüge und Restaurantsbesuche.

Schweden entspannt geniessen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Markus sehr genossen. Seine Tipps für die Ausflüge im Umland waren sehr hilfreich und schön. Die Lage des Hauses und die Ausblicke aus jedem Fenster zum Wasser und aus dem Whirlpool waren einzigartig. Sollten wir noch mal in die Region reisen dann kommen wir gerne wieder zu Markus.

Schön, aber kleine Schwächen in der B-Note
Der Ausblick der Unterkunft auf die Schären und die großen Fähren, die vorbeifahren, ist wirklich einmalig. Das Cottage selbst ist ebenfalls sehr schön, mit viel Licht, super Terrasse und durchdacht geplant. Das Interieur ist zum Teil mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mit nur wenig Aufwand und geringen Investitionen wieder top in Schuss gebracht werden (zB Couch, Stühle, Töpfe, Farbe). Sauber war es an einigen Stellen leider nur oberflächlich; meines Erachtens gehört auch das Innenleben von Schränken und Schubladen sowie Besteck etc dazu. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und haben die Aussicht und die Ausflüge, die Marcus empfohlen hat, sehr genossen.

Der Blick ist einzigartig
Wir haben wunderbare Tage hier verbracht und den Blick auf die Schären und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich einzigartig. Besonders haben uns auch die Tipps von Esther geholfen, das ein oder andere Juwel in der Gegend zu entdecken, das wir alleine niemals gefunden hätten. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung!

Tolles Haus mit Ausblick
Das Haus war ein Traum. Vom Bett aus hatte man einen super Blick aus das Wasser und die vorbei fahrenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe. In dem kleinen Haus gab es alles was man brauchte. Besonders der tolle Whirlpool läd zum entspannen ein. Markus gab uns viele Tipps in der Umgebung! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem super Blick. Wir haben uns dort sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wir haben die Abende auf der großen Terrasse sehr genossen. Super bequemes Bett mit toller Aussicht - hier kann man zum Einschlafen nicht Schafe zählen sondern Schiffe. Esther und Markus sind tolle Gastgeber mit so vielen wertvollen Informationen und Tipps für die Umgebung und auch Stockholm. Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit alles zu erkunden und planen noch einmal wieder zu kommen. Von uns auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne für Haus und Gastgeber, denn mehr kann man hier ja leider nicht vergeben.

Schönes Objekt in toller Lage
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf zwei Etagen mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Schären und die ankommenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Alles da was man braucht, sehr nette Vermieter mit vielen Ausflugstipps. Auch der Jacuzzi ist wunderbar um den Sternenhimmel zu beobachten. Einzig die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Dusche (Schimmel, Kalk) und Küche (dreckiges Geschirr) ist verbesserungswürdig.

Nettes kleines Haus mit Dachterrasse
Des Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, wodurch man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Wasser hat. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, von der aus man die großen Baltikumfähren beobachten kann. Markus ist Architekt und hat viel Liebe in das Haus investiert. So konnte er auf einer kleinen Grundfläche viel unterbringen. Ideal für 2-3 Personen.

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön, man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen - und das vom Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, der oberen und der unteren Terrasse aus! Die Ausflug-Tipps waren prima und wir können diese Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen!
