The in the hallways need cleaned. Someone was smoking in a nearby room but we were in the non-smoking area. The room was clean, no bugs, water was hot, sheets and blankets were fresh staff was friendly but they gave away our room on the first night we reserved so we had to find another hotel. They said it is first-come-first-served. So why take reservations??????

Emily deserves a lot of credit for my great stay. She is the friendliest, most accommodating concierge I’ve experienced in a long time. My room was tidy, with lots of amenities. The motel itself is definitely been refurbished and they are trying their best to make your stay a great one.

Room floors were very dirty! Bathroom ceiling was falling down and tub, shower no clean! We got stuck in elevator twice! Inconvenient to take the stairs with luggage and all the extras.

We weren't there for long, but had an okay time overall. Everyone was very friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. Our main gripes were the smell and the pillows. The smell was not awful but for a hotel that doesn't allow smoking, it smelled an awful lot like smoke in the hallways. The pillows, or rather lack there of were flat and uncomfortable, and each side of the bed only had one, leaving each person with only one pillow each. Overall, for the price and convenience, we would stay again!

We had just driven 7 1/2 hours when we arrived at 3:40am to stop for a little sleep before getting on the road again. When we arrived the woman behind the desk told us we were too late and our reservation was canceled because we needed to check in by 3:30am and that she had already done the audit which automatically canceled our reservation. She told us we would be refunded (which we weren't) and then charged us again for the night we had already paid for. We then checked the website and it said the latest check in time was 4am...so we had arrived before it was too late and it was her mistake for doing the audit too soon which is why our reservation was canceled. HORRIBLE.
