完全自動化さらたチェックインに戸惑う
チェックイン時の対応については不満があるが 部屋そのものは清潔で朝食についても地産地消のものが多く好感が持てる。この地域はホテルが少なく、立地は良いのでチェックインはQRコードやパスコードのメール送信を改善出来ればもっと良い評価になると思う。こちらも慣れる必要はあるとは思うが。

チェックインをする時に入口の番号がメールに届いて無かったので、ロック解除が出来ず電話で確認しなくちゃならなかったです。外人さんが出られ何を行ったいるか聞き取りにくかった。やはり、1人程受け付けなどして下さる方がいた方が、安心と思います。少し不便でした。

総合的には非常に満足です。 問い合わせの電話応対の先を外部委託しているようで日本語がおぼつかない外国の方だったので要領が得ずうまく伝わらず困った。メールでの返信を求められたが、自動配信のようで返信できず、結局電話するしか手立てがなかったとかホテルのサービスは良かった分、そのあたりが残念

静かでよかったです。無人は慣れてないので、パスワード設定などで戸惑いました。
5/2～3にかけて一泊しましたが、209号室の私のみ朝食のおかずが準備されておらず、残念でした。でも、お味噌汁をおかわりしたので大丈夫です。

駅前からも、中心街からも、最寄りコンビニからも ちょっとあります。車がないときびしい。 全館禁煙は高く評価します。木の香りの残る新築建物にも良いことだと思います。 管理人不在の宿泊施設は、宿泊者自身の制御装置が鈍くなりやす印象です。同宿人に快適さがゆだねられてしまうのはちょっと.....。 愛煙家の皆様には恐縮ですが、喫煙場所をもう少し玄関前の動線から外してもらえると〇。 皆の意識が近ければよいのですが。

新築で木の香り
駅から中心街への向きとは、反対の立地。 漁港、ガソリンスタンド近いが、コンビニまではちょっとある。この施設は管理人不在のAIコンセルジュとの事、事前の認証パスワードで玄関のカギを開けるとの案内で少々不安ありました。案の定、送られてきたパスワードはどう見ても文字化け。出発前に電話問い合わせで 当日のトラブルを避けることができました。 国道側の部屋でしたが、通過車両の騒音が気になる人もいるかもしれません。 気になったのは、翌日人間の管理人さんが片付けるのでしょうが、座敷での飲食利用の残骸が放置されていたこと。玄関にサンダルが脱ぎ捨てになっていたこと。 土地柄か、客層か利用者が管理人不在の施設に追い付いていない感。

テレビが部屋にあれば高評だった。
受付で慣れないタブレット操作に手間取ったけど慣れた人なら大丈夫です。建物の内部は、キレイです、ベッドも大きく快適だった、ただうちの親父はスマホで何か見たりしないので部屋にテレビがないのはマイナスかなぁ、リビングにテレビがあるけど他の人が見てたら好きな番組が見れないのでせめて貸し出し用のタブレットなどがあれば良かったと思った。お年寄りにわテレビが最高の娯楽である。
