The hotel is rated five stars, but I think it deserves only four stars, the most prominent negatives of the hotel The reception staff are not completely trained and do not have any experience even in dealing with the system as the employee could not reach my reservation through Expedia and told me that there was no reservation until the hotel manager came and solved the problem. There are no health precautions and no compliance with COVID-19 prevention measures in the breakfast buffet, it is assumed that the buffet is canceled and breakfast served in the rooms.

The furniture is fabulous solid wooden I like it There is no dinner and lunch in their restaurant There is no extra complementary water if you need more you have to pay that is so stingy

What I liked: 1) cleanliness. 2) separated shower area in room bathroom. 3) strict no-smoking policy. 4) good open buffet breakfast What I did NOT like: 1) shampoo and body care bottles in the shower (very stiff and hard to get the stuff out). 2) room curtains need to be extended to prevent sun light during daylight hours.

Very excellent hotel... very poor new receptionist
I had a very excellent stay at this hotel which is one of the best few hotels in this city. However nothing is perfect and this hotel is not an exception. During my check in I should the new young receptionist my reservation that shows my room type as a suite. He insisted that a suite mean a single room! We went for a long debate but still he insisted that my reservation is a single room and I should admit it. Then, he said I will upgrade you to a junior suite. While this is larger than a single room still it is smaller than my reserved suite. He got surprised that I am still not happy and became more angry!!! Another issue I faced with him is regarding the children poliy. In thier website it is mentioned that all children are welcome but he refused to accommodate my kids and said that the policy in the website is not updated!!!! Finally, as we were just arrived from a long trip I accepted everything from him and got whatever he liked. The next day I discussed the issue with the duty manager and he apologized and gave me my original suite with no upgrade or refund. Such staff member behavior especially from newly recruited onse my destroy the whole great image of the hotel in just one single sitting! Like what happened to me. Most hotels may upgrade you for no reason or surely upgrade you if the have done something wrong. But in my recent experience with this hotel, everything thing went to exactly the opposite direction!

Good hotel with nice gym (used) and pool (not used). Helpful staff. Some way from the city center. Location not great if you are without a car. Very well equipped room.
