Located on the beautiful hills of Alassio (SV) This beautiful 2000 square meter property offers a wonderful view over the whole Gulf and beyond. The villa, built on several levels, comprises a large living area divided into dining room and kitchen with a simple glass door. The various levels are used in bedrooms with bathrooms: the master is very generous and perfectly equipped with a hot tub. A loft room located on the side of the living area can be transformed from a bedroom TV room for guests. The exquisitely maintained and furnished exteriors include large relaxation areas easily accessible from every room. We climb the beautiful external stone staircase built according to the criteria of the old Ligurian dry stone walls and we reach the splendid private swimming pool (open from 01/05 / to 30/10) with a solarium from which to admire a magnificent view. olive trees placed throughout make this typical Ligurian garden. What may be lacking to this property because it becomes a single place? Certainly a wellness area where you can regenerate yourself from long working periods. Well, just go in the basement and easily take advantage of sauna and turkish bath. Sometimes it takes only three words to describe a property like this: uniqueness, privacy and ... relaxation.

Spectacular home in Alessio!!
We had a great time at this wonderful villa. It is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home overlooking Alassio
Really enjoyable stay at this beautiful home overlooking Alassio. Tony was very friendly and helpful. House was well equipped and the pool was lovely. Good tip from him was to travel to and from the house via Caso. Roads and hills nearer the house were quite tricky but, taken carefully, were OK once you got used to them.

We loved the house and especially the outside area with its stunning views. The only negative was that we had looked forward to using the steam room and sauna on the one very wet day.Unfortunately we were unable to get them working and when we looked inside the sauna it appeared to have a real damp problem in the far right bottom corner. The steam room also had stagnant water on the floor. Apart from this, the property was lovely and worth the very steep climb up the hill for the lovely views.

Tolles Haus mit gigantischer Aussicht
Wir verbrachten zehn Ferientage in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Zu viert konnten wir uns perfekt auf die drei Schlafzimmer verteilen. Den grosszügigen Wohnraum nutzten wir selten, da wir meistens draussen waren. Die guteingerichtete Küche nutzen wir fleissig und draussen stand noch einen Holzkohlengrill zur Verfügung. Unter dem Sonnenschirm mit Blick aufs Meer genossen wir unser Essen. Weite oben war die schöne Pool Anlage mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühle. Erholung pur. Es war einfach super 😊 Mit Monica hatten wir im Vorfeld schriftlichen Kontakt und Tony hat uns das Haus übergeben. Sehr nette Leute und alles hat bestens geklappt. Gerne Denken wir an die Zeit zurück und können das Angebot sehr empfehlen. Familie Ulrich aus der Schweiz

Phänomenale Aussicht
Es war eine herrliche Zeit. Der Blick ist sagenhaft! In der Ausstattung fehlt nichts! Das Anwesen ist herrlich aufgeteilt und erlaubt es zusammen zu sein oder sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Man fährt etwa 15 Minuten bis in den Ort, die Straße ist anspruchsvoll, aber machbar. Der Trick ist, etwas weiter die Straße hoch zu wenden.

Prachtig huis, mooi gelegen
Het huis ligt prachtig Maar heeft wel onderhoud nodig. Heel vochtig en klerenkasten gingen niet open. Keuken was prachtig en compleet. Het zwembad heerlijk en een formidabel uitzicht. Wij zouden ook het roken binnen niet toestaan want het stonk naar rook toen wij binnen kwamen. Kortom een prachtig huis maar hopelijk wordt er met de huur goed geïnvesteerd. De weg naar boven is een uitdaging en best eng. Het huis is niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Wunderbarer Ort der Erholung
Wir haben uns wunderbar erholen können. Das Wetter war wunderschön, wir konnten den Außenbereich und vor allem den Pool mit dem tollen Ausblick täglich nutzen. Auf alle Fragen bekamen wir vom Vermieter postwendend Antwort. Wir können das Haus allen weiterempfehlen.

wonderful location with amazing view on the Mediterranean sea
We spent a wonderful week in this house with four adults. The hosts Monica and Toni welcomed us warmly and provided us with wine and pizza for the first evening, a very nice and courteous gesture after the long journey. Thank you so much! According to the description, the house is completly, generously and comfortably equipped with everything you need. There was nothing missing. The property offers incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea and Alassio, which can be enjoyed both during the day and in the evening in the darkness. It was a great pleasure having breakfast on the spacious terrace and enjoying this wonderful view. The small street to the house is a bit demanding, but not a problem for an experienced driver. You will be rewarded with the unique view for this little challenge. A small negative point is that a high-voltage line cross over directly the property, which sometimes creates unpleasant and eerie crackling noises. Overall, a wonderful place to rest and relax! Thank you for this relaxing week!

Das Haus von Monica und Tony war für sechs Personen großzügig ausgelegt. Neben einem kleinen Wermutstropfen war der gesamte Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Ein besonderere Genuss war der tägliche Aufenthalt mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und dem umwerfenden Blick in die Bucht von Alassio. Leider war der Wellnessbereich nicht nutzbar. Das haben wir reklamiert und Monica hat sich uns gegenüber fair verhalten.

Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang durch Monica + Toni; Edle Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick über die Küstenregion; Top Einrichtung, großer Kühlschrank, edles Interieur; Wunderbare Gestaltung des Außenareals; Großer Pool mit Blick direkt auf die Bucht - grandios; sehr ruhig gelegen; es gäbe einfach nichts zu bemängels am Objekt - einfach super; Falls Gäste unbedingt im Meer baden wollten, so wäre dies wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache, da am Strand (ca. 3m Breite vom Wasser zu den Liegen) von Alassio die Badegäste wie die Sardinen nebeneinder auf die Liegen gequetscht sind - ist bestimmt nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Jedoch gab es für uns keinen Grund, das Meer gegen den Pool zu tauschen :) Daher bestmögliche Bewertung Unkomplizierte Übergabe bei Abreise

Un séjour au calme dans une villa au top !
La villa est juste magnifique et très spacieuse. Les hôtes sont vraiment très accueillants et serviables. Vous trouverez facilement de quoi satisfaire vos envies de détentes. Le centre d’Alassio est un peu loin et impossible d’accès à pied. C’est le seul bémol de ce séjour. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour tous vos déplacements. Par contre une fois que le frigo est bien rempli, vous ne pouvez qu’apprécier la vue magnifique sur la baie d’Alassio. Station balnéaire vivante et bien fournie de restaurants et magasins.

Traumhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Ein wunderschön modern eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen mit Meersicht von allen Terrassen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen (7 Personen). Der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad waren ausser Betrieb. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden unsere Ferien wieder dort verbringen.

Super Adresse für Familienurlaub
Die Wohnung ist wie in Bildern und Text beschrieben - wunderbar für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Durch den wunderbaren Pool muss man auch nicht an die im August extrem überfüllten Strandbäder. Mittlerweile sind es 3 abgeschlossene Doppelzimmer (eines sogar mit Zusatzbett für eine 7. Person) und 2 Bäder, ein drittes WC mit Waschbecken befindet sich im Kellerbereich. In allen Zimmern befindet sich eine sehr gut kühlende Klimaanlage. Die Außenanlage ist wunderbar auf vielen Ebenen und traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und Alassio. Leider gab es nur wenig Schatten bzw. nur einen Sonnenschirm am Essplatz - ein weiterer am Pool wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und unkompliziert, spricht aber eigentlich nur Italienisch. Der Zugangsweg zum Haus ist wie schon beschrieben extrem kurvenreich und eng und nichts für Fahranfänger. Der Weg ins Zentrum dauert gut 15 min. mit dem Auto. Im abgeschlossenen Hof ist Platz für 2 Autos. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Fantastiskt boende med underbar utsikt över Alassio
Huset är ett av de bästa vi hyrt - stort, AC i alla rum, rent, bra utrustat kök, rena badrum, välfungerad wifi, fina uteplatser med fantastik utsikt över Alassio och havet. Vi ger inte huset full pott pga läget. Det kostar att få vacker utsikt, dvs branta, smala vägar för att nå huset. Det tar ca 10 min att ''kringla'' sig till/från Alassio. Vi avstod att köra efter mörkret. Vi saknade även en gasolgrill (det finns en elgrill). Med tanke på övriga husets höga standard så kändes poolen ''plastig'' och hade väldigt låg vattennivå. Som helhet tyckte vi mycket om huset.

Owners of the house Monica and Tony are very kind. The accomodation is beautiful and you find there everything you need. There is a nice swimming pool with an amaing view to the town Alassion and sea. There is also a place if front of the house so you can leave there your car. Monica and Tony, thank you very much for a perfect holiday, we really enjoyed it. I recommend it, if you want to spend a great time in Liguria! Pavel and family, Czech Republic
