Erholsame Zeit in guter Lage
Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Es gibt derzeit noch einen sehr kleinen Lift (Wohnung ist im 5. Stock - perfekt zum Pizza abtrainieren), der wird wohl aber Anfang nächsten Jahres durch einen neuen ersetzt. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen vorhanden, was gut ist bei nächtlichen Temperaturen um 25 Grad. Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung nahe dem Meer und der Vermieter erklärt einem gleich, wo man parken, essen, baden und einkaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

All'arrivo non erano state fatte le pulizie, superato il problema, Francesco ha risposto alle nostre richieste in maniera veloce, e si mostrato molto collaborativo. L'appartamento aveva un bel terrazzo, e si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e dal budello di Alassio

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir durften Mittag nach Ankunft sofort einziehen und alles wurde sorgfältig erklärt. Im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gibt es reservierte Plätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und vor allem die riesige Terrasse richtig toll! Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Per raggiungere la massima valutazione di questo attico, dotato di ampio balcone, manca solo l'affaccio diretto sul mare, distante per altro poche decine di metri, ed in parte compensato da notevole vista sule colline retrostanti. Francesco, il professionista immobiliare, ha svolto un ottimo lavoro per rendere gradevole il soggiorno.

Toller Urlaub in Alassio
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem sehr großen Balkon. Man sieht die umgebenden Hügel und kann auch das Meer sehen. Wir waren zwei Pärchen mit einem Kleinkind und für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir hatten genügend Platz und konnten spontane Kurztrips in die Stadt und ans Meer unternehmen. Francesco hat uns wie besprochen empfangen und war stets erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Appartamento comodo e centrale fornito di tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza 5 piano con ascensore purtroppo stretto per il nostro passeggino; Francesco ha saputo esserci di aiuto con i condomini non contenti che lo lasciassimo nell’atrio Cambretta con 3 letti spaziosa, salotto comodo, peccato che non dotato di uscita sul balcone. Camera matrimoniale grande ma forse un po’ troppo affollata di mobili. Cucina piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario 2 bagni di cui molto comodi Casa vivibilissima anche da 2 nuclei familiari (famiglia e nonni, 2 coppie di amici)
