The apartment is modern, fresh and clean in a great location near the beach and town. An unexpected bonus provided by the hosts was breakfast cereals, milk, juice etc. and a lovely cheese platter I didn't mind the closeness to the railway tracks (and the occasional passing train) - my husband, however, was not happy about the disturbance to his sleep.

YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!! This is the most amazing property and you are spoilt from the minute you walk in. The beds are extremely comfy, all the furnishings are quality and comfortable. Fran and Alan communicated brilliantly and were so accommodating. The apartment is down stairs from theirs. You have to walk down and then up a few stairs with your luggage so may be tricky for elderly or frail. The balcony has a great view to the ocean however does also look over a train line (goods line only so not many trains) - this was not a problem at all. There are only a few trains and they go really slowly at that point so don't let that put you off. We were treated to so many unexpected and wonderful extras - from a cheeseboard on arrival, to bowls of chocolates and a selection of cereal, to 2 litres of fruit juice and 2 litres of milk in the fridge. We would like to live there! It is so tastefully decorated and has all mod cons. Kitchenette instead of full kitchen, so full-sized fridge, microwave and a burner but no oven. Full laundry - washer and dryer - plus an airer and iron/ironing board. Bright and airy, plenty of wardrobe space.Huge freestanding bath that we didn't even get to use. I can't stop raving about this place. You just have to stay there!

We loved the brightness and how open the property is. Our continental breakfast food was very generous and appreciated. It was very clean and the 2 bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and living area which gave us our privacy. The view of Princess Royal Harbour was amazing from all the rooms. It is also an easy walk into town and well situated to drive to the tourist sights in and around Albany.

Lower level of 2 storey property with balcony overlooking Shoul Bay very close to to town. Property is quite new and like most apartments, not serviced daily. Very reasonably priced with continental breakfast
