I typically love staying at Homewood suites. There is one person who works at the front desk who is super nice and hospital; however this time there was a newer/younger staff and it seem she didn’t know exactly what she was doing. We called day of to see if we could get early check-in and told we could come by at 2:30 by the time we got there one of the computers was down and there was a line to check-in. Additionally, our room had an odd smell to it.

I would stay here again.
The hotel was clean a fairly to date. I sayed on the 1st floor in the handicap accessible room. Hopefully the will be updating the furniture soon.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The only bad thing was the tub was clogged. So upon showering, water was to your ankles and my daughter had to wait almost 1/2 an hour for the water to go down before she could shower.

Rude Evening Team
This was our second stay at this location. Our first was without hot water. We stayed only one night and found a second hotel. This stay, we chose it so that the kids would have the heated pool to relax in, but it was ice cold. I went to explain to the front desk the issue. She called someone to the pool who had no access to the closet. I asked if there was anyone on call or above the two team members there who could assist and was told there was no one but she could give a manager's email, which I took. I asked if there would be any change in the pool and she said no, but would check me out of my hotel and I could go find somewhere else or go home. It was 8pm and I had 2 kids and a 2.5 hour drive home, so none of that was possible. We went to our room and made the best of it. The woman at the desk in the morning was a delight, she apologized for the rudeness of the woman the night prior and walked me through what they were doing for the pool, which ended up needing a part. Had that been explained and something done the night prior, I would not have been as upset. Being told to go home was what angered me. At least show you are doing something to help your guests.

Check in was at 3pm we got there a little after and had to waint until 5pm to get a room they claimed the room wasnt ready house keeping needed to clean it we booked in advance minday for the room on thursday there should have been plently of time to make sure it was all set. Usually the pool room is so muggy you can hardly stand it it was freezing felt llike we were outside the pool water was do cold you couldn't even swim you needed to take a hot shower to warm back up whivh was a huge disappointment as we had three children with us that was the only thing we were looking to enjoy. Breakfast was good had a wide variety of food the seats in the breakfast area were worn out felt like you were sitting on the floor but we made do as for the room itself it was good had plenty of room was clean. parking was odd apparently all parking out front of the hotel was for one of the restaurants we also were never told there was specific parking for hotel guests either so we parked out front and noticed when we were leaving that itnt hotel parking at least our vehicle didn't get towed we probably wont book here again unless its absolutely necessary will look at other places first
