Parking is a pain, not super convenient. I'm sure it's worse in winter. The noise form other rooms was loud at times - needed better soundproofing in the design/construction. Breakfast was not great - turkey sausage days old, dry. Hotel was very nice, clean. I would definitely stay again.

I always stay at the Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie NY. This was my first time staying at the one in Albany NY. Overall great stay!! The down side is the rooms need microwaves for your convenience. Also, there is no place to park besides the parking lot that you have to pay for. It would also be nice to have a pool and jacuzzi. There is a nice pool at the one in Poughkeepsie. Still great stay overall. The bed is always comfortable!! Would definitely stay there again.

When making my reservation, I selected this hotel because they advertised parking was included. To my surprise it was not and I had to park in the nearby parking structure a block away, and had to pay extra each night. This is false advertisement and is not cool.
