The room was neat and clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. The only thing I don't like is the parking place. We have to walk from parking to hotel. It's kind of inconvenience for during snow.

My wife and i have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Perfect location for a show at the egg. Within walking distance for most of our needs. We will definitely be staying here again. The bed was very comfortable.

Hyatt has a habit of over charging their customers. Please always review your bills at the end of your stay or once you get the bill in your bank. This time I was charged $136 for two drinks at the bar and 2 bottled water. My last stay in Tampa I was charged for parking when I said I didn't have a car when I checked in.

Comfy but hot
Very clean very nice hotel. Easy location to access if going to MVP arena or the palace. We were unable to turn the heat any lower then 68 in our room which was way to hot for us all night.
