Bathroom was gross. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. The bathroom itself was just disgusting. HVAC system did not work. The room was unacceptably cold. The lock on the door didn’t function properly and there were about ten screw holes in the metal door frame trying to have made something work properly in the past. Halls are very noisy. Small children were loitering in the lobby and unruly at the lobby computer. The bed was clean and comfortable. The outlet behind the refrigerator was wildly overloaded. Location was excellent. The hallway was dirty and the carpets are in dire need of being ripped out and replaced.

Check in was terrible. The entire lobby smelled like the staff just finished smoking a joint. We had to wait because they ran out of room keys. Thin walls in the room. Yelling and doors slamming all night. No security lock on the room door. It was removed prior to us arriving.

I needed a place to sleep before catching my train. This did that, but the room was poorly cleaned (had something stuffed in the peephole), the bathroom door didn't latch, the room had an unpleasant odor I couldn't place, & there was an unexpected $100 room deposit
