Nestled in a private community with a lake that has a beach, pool, and pickleball. This cozy retreat boasts 7 bedrooms, 4 baths and is walking distance to the lake and pool. This home has something for everyone, you can challenge friends to shuffle board, foosball, pool, and roulette. Cozy up by the fireplace, Unwind in the inviting hot tub after an exhilarating day on the slopes at the nearby mountains. Watch the wild life from the nice big deck.

The first floor features an 8 ft. pool table, foosball, shuffle board, roulette table, and family room with large screen TV, step right out to the patio and enjoy the hot tub, patio also has a grill,

The main floor features a 20 ft. raised ceiling, fireplace and a beautiful window display that opens onto a huge deck with patio furniture. This floor also includes a dining room with a large table, fully stocked kitchen, living room with TV, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Our home is walking distance to the lake, and pool less then a mile to the Pickle ball and Tennis courts. Enjoy the privacy of this mountain getaway while still being conveniently located to many major attractions and ski resorts.

Overall great stay
Overall we had a great stay. Everyone had their own rooms and we had plenty of room to do what we wanted. Linda was a great host. The only complaint and what we felt was a violation of privacy was the camera they had over the hot tub that went off everytime you were in or around it. The description they gave said it was up high over looking the driveway which would have made sense but to be looking at people while they are in the hot tub or possibly doing something else is highly inappropriate.

Family get together
Overall good experience. Quiet neighborhood and private setting. Location and proximity to hiking was good. Also, not far from Jim Thorpe which is a lot of fun. House generally clean but in need of some TLC. Old and well used carpeting in some areas of house. Some beds found to be uncomfortable, stiff and very squeaky. Kitchen needs some decent knives for meal prep and wine glasses (there were only 3 or 4 in various shapes and sizes). The space was sufficient for our group of 12 and we enjoyed the game room in the evenings. Hot tub was nice - felt odd though with security camera pointing in its general direction.

Great Family House for multiple generations
The house is beautiful and lots of rooms, places to sleep. The kitchen was large and a very long dining room table for everyone to sit at. I do wish the info on the swimming bands was more clear. I had assumed since you only receive 8, they would be the silicone bands we could exchange as different people wanted to go to the lake or pool. They are the paper ones with a sticky back instead and change color each week. The water pressure is also low, so just plan on that when packing toiletries. Other than those few things, we had a great time.

Spacious, comfy and clean.
Our party of 11 had a fantastic stay. Everything was very clean and the description was spot on. The community that this home is in has a pool. Easily walkable from the house. The pool doesn’t have pool chairs so take pool chairs or sit on your blanket. We loved using the hot tub and the big porch for our gatherings. The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. I would recommend this home for any season.

Family Vacation
This was my SOs first family vacation, and it went surprisingly well. The check in and check out processes were clear and concise. The check out process was pretty easy and did not include a long list of requirements. The house itself got many compliments from the family. Often when you rent out houses for large groups you can often struggle to eat together or play board games together. This house has a massive table that was able to accommodate 10 adults and 4 children for meals. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I was concerned that the kitchen would only have small pots and pans, and it would be a struggle to cook for 14 people. However, we were happy to find large cooking pots and did not have much trouble with meals. The only suggestion I would make is to have a few more large baking sheets available. We were cooking bacon one morning and needed more flat pans, so we just hopped over to the local family dollar and picked up a few disposable pans. All in all, our whole family stated they would rent this house again for a future family vacation!

Very nice place but unpleasant smell perhaps due to old carpeting. Venue is a liitle older than the photos show. Kitchen was well supplied. The setting for the thermostat was difficult to control on both floors.

Great New Years Weekend
The property had everything we needed. Plenty of private sleeping arrangements for all guests. Lots of rooms and areas to convene for dinner and games; or to get away by oneself to read. The hot tub was great! Linda the Host was immediately available, responsive and accommodating. It was all we could expect for a large family gathering.

Perfect Birthday Getaway!
I booked this house with 5 other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was cozy and equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. There was more than enough space to accommodate the 14 adults that stayed. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. We did snowtubing at Blue Mountain resort, which was 30 mins away and enjoyed a candlelit dinner, which was prepared by a hired chef. It was perfect! The check-in/check-out process was seamless.

Thanksgiving family trip
The stay at this home was very nice. It was comfortable and provided plenty of space for my growing family - we are grandparents with kids and grandkids that joined us for the holiday. The children enjoyed the game room and playing outside- they enjoyed watching the deer that visited everyday.
