Villa 7J Quinta dos Alamos

Villa 7J Quinta dos Alamos is a charming 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 6 adults + 2 small children and affording a prime location in Quinta dos Alamos estate. With beautiful beaches like Galé located within a short drive and the town of Guia a short walk away, this is the perfect property for your family holiday in the Algarve.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms: 1 double (with en-suite bathroom), 1 twin and 1 with a sofa-bed, as well as an additional bathroom.

On the ground floor there is another bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen which includes a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, dishes and utensils. The living / dining room is inviting and comfortable, where your family can gather in the evenings.

Leading out from the living room is the private garden and swimming pool, with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and table and chairs for enjoying meals al fresco. A portable BBQ is also available. A small gate leads to the communal grounds, where the large communal swimming pool is located, just adjacent to the villa. The estate is fenced and affords marvellous countryside views.

The villa is located in a beautiful residential estate, a short, few minutes, walk from the town of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and bakeries, and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 20-minute walk away (5-minute drive).

The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, São Lourenço or São Rafael.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The property was as we expected. Very Clean. The pool was clean and the surrounding pool area was clean. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by the fact that the neighbours had a dog which was allowed to bark at unsocial hours of the morning and night and the neighbours also didn't seem to realise how loud they were when speaking to each other.

Fabulous villa
This villa has everything you could ever want and more. The region is rich with culture and beauty and we had a great days out when we could pull ourselves away from the delightful pool. We cooked well and had many picnics as there are great supermarkets close by. This is a comfortable villa. I cannot wait to visit again.

Villa had great air con and excellent wifi signal, pefect for the kids. Great dishwasher and facilities in the kitchen and a fab washing machine which came in handy. The agents were so helpful and came to meet us at the villa and called in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect.

Upon arrival, the villa was clean and very well presented. The outdoor area is well maintained. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The satellite worked fine and had English channels. A cozy place!

House superb. Pity about the dogs!
We were thrilled with the property in Quinta dos Alamos, an area we know and love. Beautiful garden and a small private pool which was shallow and not too daunting for non-swimmers. All rooms well appointed and attractively furnished and decorated and kitchen well equipped with loads of pretty, colourful tableware and good cooking facilities( except for a casserole ?) One little fly in the ointment, beyond the control of the owners, I know, was the noise created by dogs in the neighbouring house, which disrupted our peaceful mornings and evening al fresco meals.

The Villa lived up to everything that was advertised. Great location and really accommodating for our early arrival. The private pool is fab and the communal pool an extra bonus. Easy to travel to local restaurants on foot, great facilities. Only small gripe was no cleaning service mid week just a towel change. Overall would definitely book again 👍

Det var litt sent i sesongen så det ble litt kjølig på kveldene, selv når solen skinte hele dagen.
Ferieboligen tilsvarte forventninger og beskrivelsen i prospektet. Boligen var helt utmerket selv 15 år etter ferdigstillelse og inneholdt det vi hadde behov for bortsett fra et områdekart og noen tips for aktiviteter og muligheter. Beliggenhet ca. 10 min gange fra Guia og restauranter var helt perfekt, men avstanden fra kysten og Albufeira (12-13 km) gjør det nødvendig med bil selv om taxi er rimelig. Eneste forstyrrelse var naboenes bjeffede hunder.
